Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 비-분별된 또는 분별된 탄화수소 공급 원료(non-fractionated or fractionated hydrocarbon feedstock)로부터 경질 탄화수소 생성물을 제조하기 위한 원-스텝 조합된 공정(one-step combined process)으로서,
상기 공정이 상기 비-분별된 또는 분별된 탄화수소 공급 원료의 정제, 이성질체화(isomerisation) 및 분해(cracking)를 하나의 단계(step)로 조합하며,
(a) 상기 단계가 상기 탄화수소 공급 원료를 반응 용기에서 반응물-촉매와 함께 360 ℃ 미만의 증기 온도에서 가열하여 상기 경질 탄화수소 생성물을 수득하는 것을 포함하고,
(b) 상기 경질 탄화수소 생성물이 상기 공정에서 적어도 60%의 전체 수율로 수득되며 중질 탄화수소 생성물을 함유하지 않고,
(c) 상기 공정이 방향족 탄화수소의 형성을 동반하고, 그리고
(d) 상기 반응물-촉매는
(1) 에탄올의 에테르-알데하이드 분획에 용해되고 기술적 등급의 올레산과 혼합된 스테아르산의 액체 혼합물이거나, 또는
(2) 상기 공정의 완료 후 반응 용기에 남아 있는 고체 잔류물로서, 상기 고체 잔류물이 에탄올의 에테르-알데하이드 분획으로 활성화된 것인, 고체 잔류물이고,
여기서 상기 에탄올의 에테르-알데하이드 분획이 94 내지 98%의 에탄올 및 2 내지 6%의 에테르, 알데하이드, 디아세틸, 메탄올, 니트레이트 및 설페이트를 함유하는 것
을 특징으로 하는,
원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급 원료가 천연 가스 응축물, 원유(석유), 정제 공장 공급 원료(refinery feedstock)의 상압(atmospheric) 또는 진공 잔류물, 상기 원유 및 상기 정제 공장 공급 원료의 상압 또는 진공 잔류물로부터 유도된 솔벤트 탈아스팔트화 오일(solvent deasphalted oil), 셰일 오일(shale oil), 오일 샌드, 폐윤활유, 오일 슬러지 및 다른 오일 폐기물, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경질 탄화수소 생성물이 경질 석유 가스, 나프타, 모터 및 터빈 연료용 가솔린(휘발유), 등유(kerosene), 디젤 연료(연료 오일) 및 경질 원유(light crude oil)를 함유하는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공정에서 수득되지 않는 상기 중질 탄화수소 생성물이 25개 또는 그 초과의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 탄화수소인 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급 원료가 상기 반응물-촉매와 함께 반응 용기에 연속적으로 공급되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수득된 경질 탄화수소 생성물이, 반응 용기로부터 연속적으로 증류되고, 추가로 생성물 저장 탱크에 수집되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수득된 경질 탄화수소 생성물이 반응 용기로부터 분별 증류되고, 추가로 생성물 저장 탱크에 수집되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급 원료가 그것을 반응 용기 내로 공급하기 전에 전처리되어 상기 탄화수소 공급 원료로부터 물, 수용성 염 및 부유 고형물(suspended solid)을 제거하는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급 원료가 정제 공장 및 각종 공장의 폐수 유출물에서 또는 폐윤활유, 오일 슬러지 및 다른 오일 폐기물에서 발견되는 폐수 및 부유 고형물로부터 오일의 전체 양을 분리하기 위해서 오일-물 분리기(oil-water separator) 내로 초기에 스트리밍(stream)되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급 원료가 상기 공정 전에 0.82-0.84 g/cm3 미만의 점도를 갖는 탄화수소 공급 원료를 수득하기 위해서 경질 탄화수소 생성물의 일부에 의해서 희석되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 희석이 상기 공정 동안에 또는 탄화수소 공급 원료의 수송 동안에 연속적으로 수행되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
탄화수소 공급 원료의 희석에 사용되는 경질 탄화수소 생성물의 상기 일부가 40 ℃ 내지 105 ℃의 비등 범위를 갖는 경질 나프타 분획(naphtha fraction)으로부터 취해지는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
반응 용기에서 상기 탄화수소 공급 원료의 상기 가열이 상압(atmospheric pressure)하에 수행되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
반응 용기에서 상기 탄화수소 공급 원료의 상기 가열이 상승된 압력 하에 또는 진공 중에서 수행되는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공정이 연속적 또는 반-연속적인 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
경질 탄화수소 생성물의 전체 수율이 적어도 80%인 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응물-촉매가 상기 비-분별된 또는 분별된 탄화수소 공급 원료 중에 내재적으로 존재하는 금속 또는 금속 이온과 제자리에서(in-situ) 착물을 형성함으로써 상기 공정을 촉매화하는 능력을 갖는 원-스텝 조합된 공정. - 삭제
