Claims (16)
- III족 원소 및 V족 원소를 함유하는 코어와,
상기 코어의 표면의 적어도 일부를 덮는 II족 원소 및 VI족 원소를 함유하는 셸을 갖는 코어 셸 입자로서,
1변의 길이가 6nm 이상인 사면체 형상을 갖는, 코어 셸 입자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
발광 파장 피크가 640nm 이상인, 코어 셸 입자. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 III족 원소가 In이며, 상기 V족 원소가 P, N 및 As 중 어느 하나인, 코어 셸 입자. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 III족 원소가 In이며, 상기 V족 원소가 P인, 코어 셸 입자. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 II족 원소가 Zn이며, 상기 VI족 원소가 S 또는 Se인, 코어 셸 입자. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
