Claims (9)
- 펌프로부터 토출되는 작동 유체에 의해 구동되는 액추에이터를 제어하는 유체압 제어 장치이며,
메인 밸브 블록과,
상기 메인 밸브 블록에 설치 가능한 서브 밸브 블록을 구비하고,
상기 메인 밸브 블록은,
상기 펌프에 접속되고 메인 액추에이터를 제어하는 제어 밸브와,
상기 제어 밸브가 중립 위치에 있는 경우에 상기 펌프의 작동 유체를 탱크로 환류시키는 중립 통로와,
상기 탱크에 접속되는 배출 통로와,
상기 중립 통로와 상기 배출 통로를 연통 또는 차단하는 중립 커트 밸브와,
상기 중립 커트 밸브를 통해, 상기 펌프로부터 토출된 작동 유체를 외부로 공급 가능한 제1 외부 출력 포트 및 제2 외부 출력 포트를 갖고,
상기 서브 밸브 블록은, 서브 액추에이터를 제어하는 제어 밸브를 갖고,

상기 중립 통로에 접속되는 펌프 포트와,
상기 배출 통로에 접속되는 탱크 포트와,
상기 연통로로부터 분기되는 분기 통로에 접속되는 접속 포트를 갖고,
상기 접속 포트는, 상기 중립 커트 밸브를 통해, 상기 펌프 포트 또는 상기 탱크 포트에 연통 가능한,
유체압 제어 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 외부 출력 포트는, 상기 서브 밸브 블록의 상기 제어 밸브를 통해 상기 제1 외부 입력 포트에 연통되는,
유체압 제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 중립 커트 밸브는,
상기 중립 통로와 상기 제1 외부 출력 포트를 연통시키면서, 상기 배출 통로의 연통 또는 차단을 제어하고,
상기 서브 밸브 블록의 상기 제어 밸브는,
상기 제1 외부 출력 포트와 상기 제1 외부 입력 포트를 연통하고, 상기 패럴렐 출력 포트와 상기 서브 액추에이터의 연통을 차단하는 중립 위치와,
상기 제1 외부 출력 포트와 상기 제1 외부 입력 포트의 연통을 차단하고, 상기 패럴렐 출력 포트와 상기 서브 액추에이터를 연통하는 구동 위치를 갖는,
유체압 제어 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 중립 커트 밸브는,
상기 중립 통로와 상기 배출 통로를 연통하고, 상기 중립 통로와 상기 제1 외부 출력 포트의 연통을 차단하고, 상기 중립 통로와 상기 제2 외부 출력 포트의 연통을 차단하는 제1 위치와,
상기 중립 통로와 상기 제2 외부 출력 포트를 연통하고, 상기 중립 통로와 상기 제1 외부 출력 포트의 연통을 차단하고, 상기 중립 통로와 상기 배출 통로의 연통을 차단하는 제2 위치와,
상기 중립 통로와 상기 제1 외부 출력 포트를 연통하고, 상기 중립 통로와 상기 제2 외부 출력 포트의 연통을 차단하고, 상기 중립 통로와 상기 배출 통로의 연통을 차단하는 제3 위치를 갖는,
유체압 제어 장치. - 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 외부 출력 포트는, 상기 서브 밸브 블록의 상기 제어 밸브에 접속되고,
상기 패럴렐 출력 포트 및 상기 제1 외부 입력 포트는, 상기 서브 밸브 블록에 의해 폐색되는,
유체압 제어 장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 밸브 블록은, 상기 서브 액추에이터로부터 배출되는 작동 유체를 유도하는 배출 통로를 갖고,
상기 서브 밸브 블록의 상기 배출 통로는, 상기 메인 밸브 블록의 상기 배출 통로에 접속되는,
유체압 제어 장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메인 밸브 블록은, 작동 유체를 도입 가능한 제2 외부 입력 포트를 갖고,
상기 제2 외부 출력 포트와 상기 제2 외부 입력 포트는 외부 배관에 의해 접속되는,
유체압 제어 장치.
