Claims (6)
- (S1) 명태 껍질을 세척하여 절단하는 단계;
(S2) 강황, 석류 또는 와사비 분말을 준비하는 단계;
(S3) 상기 단계 (S1)에서 절단된 명태 껍질에 상기 단계 (S2)에서 준비된 강황, 석류 또는 와사비 분말을 분무하여 명태 껍질 표면을 코팅하는 단계; 및
(S4) 상기 단계 (S3)에서 코팅된 명태 껍질을 100℃ 내지 180℃의 광파 오븐에서 10 내지 30분 동안 구워서 명태 껍질 스낵 칩을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 단계 (S3)에서 정제당, 전분당 및 물이 1 : 0.3-0.6 : 0.1-0.3의 중량비로 혼합된 당코팅제를 추가로 분무하여 코팅하는 명태 껍질 스낵 칩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (S1)에서 명태 껍질을 2 내지 4 cm의 크기로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 명태 껍질 스낵 칩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (S3)에서 강황, 석류 또는 와사비 분말을 명태 껍질 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 20 중량부의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 명태 껍질 스낵 칩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (S3)에서 절단된 명태 껍질을 젖은 상태로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 명태 껍질 스낵 칩의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법에 따라 제조된 명태 껍질 스낵 칩.
