- (a) 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체 층;
(b) 두께가 0.1 ~ 50 μm인 금속층;
(c) 임의로 착색층; 및
(d) 투명 중합체 층
을 포함하는 복합체막으로서,
투명 중합체 층(d)은 UV-보호성, 내긁힘성, 광택성, 화학적 불활성 및/또는 내후성인 층으로서 두께가 0.1∼100 μm인 것을 특징으로 하고,
투명 중합체 층은 1종 이상의 폴리스티렌, 1종 이상의 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(SAN), 1종 이상의 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체(SB), 1종 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체(ABS), 1종 이상의 폴리메타크릴레이트, 1종 이상의 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트), 1종 이상의 (메틸)메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체((M)MBS), 1종 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA), 1종 이상의 스티렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체(SMA), 1종 이상의 스티렌-말레산 무수물-부타디엔 공중합체(SMAB), 1종 이상의 스티렌 부타디엔 메틸메타크릴레이트 공중합체(SBMMA), 1종 이상의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 공중합체, 1종 이상의 폴리에틸렌, 1종 이상의 폴리프로필렌, 1종 이상의 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS), 1종 이상의 폴리락톤, 1종 이상의 폴리에스테르, 1종 이상의 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트)(PMMA), 또는 2종 이상의 이들의 블렌드를 포함하고,
층 (b)가 층 (a)와 (d) 사이에 위치하고 임의로 층 (c)가 층 (b)와 (d) 사이에 위치하는 복합체막. - 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체 층(a)은 스테인레스 스틸 헤어라인과 같은 텍스쳐화된 패턴을 임의로 포함하는 것인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체 층(a)의 두께가 50∼1000 μm인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속층(b)이 알루미늄층인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 임의로 패턴 인쇄된, 패턴 엠보싱된 또는 패턴 인쇄되고 엠보싱된 층인 인쇄된 층 또는 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체 층(a)에 스테인레스 스틸 헤어라인과 같은 텍스쳐화된 패턴이 없는 경우 홀로그램인 착색층(c)을 포함하는 것인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.1∼50 μm의 두께를 갖는 착색층(c)을 포함하는 것인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 투명 중합체 층(d)은 ISO 527에 따른 응력/변형 시험에서 10% 이상의 파단 신장율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호층인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 투명 중합체 층(d)의 두께가 0.5∼50 μm인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (a)-(b)-(c)-(d)의 층 구조를 포함하고 100∼350 μm의 두께를 갖는 것인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합체막은, 상기 복합체막의 두 외면 중 적어도 한면에 1 이상의 접착제 코팅을 추가로 포함하는 접착성 복합체막인 복합체막.
- 복합체막의 제조 방법으로서,
(i) 스테인레스 스틸 헤어라인과 같은 텍스쳐화된 패턴을 임의로 포함하는, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체막을 제공하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체막을 두께가 0.1∼50 μm인 금속층에 의해 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체-금속 복합체막으로 금속화하는 단계;
(iii) 임의로, 단계 (ii)로부터 얻어지는 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체-금속 복합체막의 금속화된 표면에 착색층을 침착시키는 단계; 및
(iv) 단계 (ii)로부터 얻어지는 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체-금속 복합체막의 상기 금속화된 표면 또는 단계 (iii)에 따라 상기 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체-금속 복합체막의 표면에 인쇄, 엠보싱 또는 이의 조합에 의해 상기 착색층을 투명 중합체 층으로 코팅하는 단계로서, 투명 중합체 층은 UV-보호성, 내긁힘성, 광택성, 화학적 불활성 및/또는 내후성인 층으로서 두께가 0.1∼100 μm인 투명 중합체 층인 단계
를 포함하고,
투명 중합체 층은 1종 이상의 폴리스티렌, 1종 이상의 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(SAN), 1종 이상의 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체(SB), 1종 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체(ABS), 1종 이상의 폴리메타크릴레이트, 1종 이상의 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트), 1종 이상의 (메틸)메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체((M)MBS), 1종 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA), 1종 이상의 스티렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체(SMA), 1종 이상의 스티렌-말레산 무수물-부타디엔 공중합체(SMAB), 1종 이상의 스티렌 부타디엔 메틸메타크릴레이트 공중합체(SBMMA), 1종 이상의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 공중합체, 1종 이상의 폴리에틸렌, 1종 이상의 폴리프로필렌, 1종 이상의 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS), 1종 이상의 폴리락톤, 1종 이상의 폴리에스테르, 1종 이상의 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트)(PMMA), 또는 2종 이상의 이들의 블렌드를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
(v) 단계 (iv)로부터 얻어지는 복합체막을 1 이상의 접착제 코팅으로 상기 복합체막의 두 외면 중 적어도 한면에 코팅하는 단계; 및 임의로
(vi) 단계 (v)의 상기 1 이상의 접착제 코팅을 벗길 수 있는 비접착성 막에 의해 가역적으로 피복하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 복합체막 또는 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 복합체막에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 라미네이팅된 제품으로서,
가구 제품 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
가전 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
전자 장치, 소비자 전자 장치, 전문 전자 장치 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
소비재 또는 식품 포장 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
건물의 내장품 또는 외장품 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
차의 내장품 또는 외장품 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
항공기의 내장품 또는 외장품 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부;
스포츠 장비의 부품의 일부 또는 상기 중 하나의 일부; 및
램프
로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 제품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체 층(a)의 두께가 100∼300 μm인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속층(b)의 두께가 1∼10 μm인 복합체막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1∼10 μm의 두께를 갖는 착색층(c)을 포함하는 것인 복합체막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 1 이상의 접착제 코팅은 벗길 수 있는 비접착성 막에 의해 가역적으로 피복되어 있는 것인 복합체막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합체막은 (a)-(b)-(c)-(d)의 층 구조를 포함하고 100∼350 μm의 두께를 가지며,
(a) 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트(ASA) 공중합체 층(a)의 두께가 200 μm 미만이고;
(b) 금속층(b)의 두께가 15 μm 미만이며;
(c) 착색층(c)의 두께가 15 μm 미만이고;
(d) 투명 중합체 층(d)의 두께가 20 μm 미만인 복합체막. - 삭제
