Claims (26)
- 라미네이팅된 제품의 제조 방법으로서,
중간 제품을 갖는 단계로서, 상기 중간 제품은 폴리머계 라미네이팅 재료와 함께 라미네이팅된 제1 유리 기재(substrate)와 제2 유리 기재를 포함하고, 상기 제1 유리 기재는 제1 유리 기재와 제2 유리 기재 사이에 제공되는 다층 박막 저방사율 코팅이 그 위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 다층 박막 저방사율 코팅은 직접적으로 제1 유리 기재 상에 하부 유전체층과 적어도 하나의 금속-포함 층을 포함하는, 상기 단계; 및
레이저 공급원을 통해 상기 라미네이팅된 제품의 금속-포함 층의 라인을 레이저-스크라이빙(laser-scribing)하는 단계로서, 상기 라인은 레이저-스크라이빙된 라인의 대향 측부 상에 제공되는 금속-포함 층의 제1 부분 및 제2 부분 사이에 전자 수송에 대한 적어도 부분적인 장벽을 생성하고, 상기 레이저-스크라이빙은 적어도 하나의 금속-포함 층을 포함하지만 하부 유전체 층을 제외하는 코팅의 일부를 용해하도록 수행되는, 상기 단계를 포함하고,

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 Ag를 포함하는 층을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속-포함 층은 Ni, Cr, 및/또는 Ti를 포함하고, 상기 Ag를 포함하는 층 상에 그리고 그와 물리적으로 접촉하여 형성되는, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 Ag를 포함하는 층은 Ni, Cr, 및/또는 Ti를 포함하는 제1 층과 제2 층 사이에 그리고 그들과 직접 물리적으로 접촉하여 개재되는, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 Ag를 포함하는 층은 산화아연을 포함하는 층 상에 그리고 그와 직접 물리적으로 접촉하여 형성되는, 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 금속-포함 층의 어블레이팅된 재료는 하부 유전체 층 내에 적어도 부분적으로 용해되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 형성되는 기재 표면의 어블레이팅을 피하도록 레이저-스크라이빙에 의해 발생되는 열을 제어하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 발생된 열을 제어하는 데 도움을 주기 위해, 상기 레이저-스크라이빙을 중단하는 단계와, 상기 중간 제품을 냉각하거나 및/또는 상기 중단 동안 상기 중간 제품의 냉각을 허용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 발생된 열을 제어하는 데 도움을 주기 위해 상기 레이저 공급원의 듀티 사이클 및/또는 작동 출력을 제어하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법.

폴리머계 라미네이팅 재료를 사용하여 제1 유리 기재를 제2 유리 기재에 라미네이팅하는 단계로서, 상기 코팅이 상기 제1 기재와 상기 제2 기재 사이에 배향되도록 라미네이팅하는, 상기 단계; 및
상기 라미네이팅 후에, 상기 라미네이팅된 제품을 제조할 때에 상기 코팅의 주연부의 적어도 일부 둘레에 코팅의 적어도 금속-포함 층의 경계 라인을 레이저-스크라이빙하는 단계로서, 상기 레이저-스크라이빙은 상기 경계 라인에 근접한 상기 코팅의 금속-포함 층을 적어도 부분적으로 어블레이팅시키지만, 코팅의 하부 유전체 층을 어블레이팅시키지 않고, 상기 경계 라인 내부의 상기 코팅의 전기화학적 내부식성을 증가시키는, 상기 단계
를 포함하며;
상기 레이저-스크라이빙은, 레이저-스크라이빙으로부터 금속-포함 층의 일부 어블레이팅된 재료가 가열된 폴리머계 라미네이팅 재료 내로 흡수되도록, 기재들 사이에서 폴리머계 라미네이팅 재료를 적어도 부분적으로 가열하기에 충분한 듀티 사이클 및 출력 수준에서 레이저 공급원을 작동시키는 것을 포함하는, 방법.
