Claims (15)
- 후방 에너지-소산 코팅 또는 세라믹 본체의 성분 재료의 경도보다 낮은 경도를 갖는 재료로 이루어진 후방 에너지-소산 코팅을 내부 면 상에 구비하는 경질 재료로 이루어진 세라믹 본체를 포함하는 방탄 장갑 판이며,
- 상기 세라믹 본체는, 단일체이고, 150 cm2 초과의 면적, 12 mm 초과의 두께 및 3.5 g/cm3 미만의 벌크 밀도를 갖고,
- 세라믹 본체의 성분 재료는 15 GPa 초과의 비커스(Vickers) 경도를 갖는 세라믹 재료의 입자 및 상기 입자를 결합시키는 매트릭스를 포함하고, 상기 매트릭스는 세라믹 본체의 상기 성분 재료의 5 내지 40 중량%를 나타내고,
- 세라믹 재료의 상기 입자의 최대 등가 직경은 800 마이크로미터 이하이고,
- 세라믹 본체의 상기 성분 재료는 5% 초과 및 14% 미만의 개방 다공성을 갖고,
- 상기 본체의 두께의 mm 당으로 표현되는 상기 재료 내의 금속 규소 함량은 0.5 중량% 미만이고,
결합 매트릭스는 규소 질화물(Si3N4), 규소 산질화물(Si2ON2), 또는 양쪽 모두로 본질적으로 이루어진,
장갑 판. - 제1항에 있어서,
세라믹 재료의 성분 입자는 SiC 또는 알파 형태의 SiC로 본질적으로 이루어진,
장갑 판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
금속 규소는, 그 두께 방향으로 상기 본체의 외부 연부로부터 코어까지 농도 구배를 따라 세라믹 본체의 상기 성분 재료 내에 존재하는,

60 초과 및 200 미만의 kg/m2로 측정된 질량-대-면적 비율을 갖는,

세라믹 본체의 상기 성분 재료 내의 입자의 최대 등가 직경은 10 마이크로미터 내지 500 마이크로미터인,
장갑 판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
세라믹 본체의 성분 재료는, 희토류 원소의 그룹으로부터의 원소, 이트륨, 란탄, 및 악티니드의 그룹으로부터의 원소를 포함하지 않는,

장갑 판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
세라믹 본체-후방 코팅 조립체는 한정 재료로 이루어진 봉입체에 의해서 둘러싸이는,
장갑 판. - 제13항에 있어서,
봉입체의 성분 재료는 폴리에텐(PE), 초고분자량 폴리에텐(UHMPE), 유리 또는 탄소 섬유, 아라미드, 금속, 알루미늄 및 강으로부터 선택되는,
장갑 판. - 판 형태이고, 150 cm2 초과의 면적과, 12 mm 초과의 두께와, 3.5 g/cm3 미만의 벌크 밀도를 갖는 단일체 세라믹 본체이며,
- 15 GPa 초과의 비커스 경도를 갖는 세라믹 재료, 또는 금속 탄화물 또는 붕화물, 또는 규소 또는 붕소 탄화물 또는 이러한 2개의 탄화물의 혼합물의 입자와 - 상기 입자의 최대 등가 직경이 500 마이크로미터 이하임 -,
- 상기 입자를 결합시키는 매트릭스를 포함하는 재료로 이루어지고,
상기 매트릭스는 규소 질화물(Si3N4), 규소 산질화물(Si2ON2), 또는 양쪽 모두로 본질적으로 이루어지고,
