Abstract
본 발명자들은 본 발명에 따른 화합물이 염증 매개 물질인 전염증성 사이토카인 및 PGE2을 억제해 척수 손상 또는 척추관 협착증의 염증 또는 통증을 억제하는 것을 새롭게 발견하였는바, 본 발명에 따른 화합물은 척수 손상 또는 척추관 협착증으로 인한 염증 또는 통증 등을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있어 상기 손상 또는 협착증의 예방 또는 치료가 이루어지는 데 유용하게 쓰일 것으로 기대된다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 화합물의 LPS에 의해 유도된 PEG2 생성 억제 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 만성 기계 이질통이 유발된 랫트의 마미(cauda equina)에서 대식세포의 침윤을 확인한 결과에 관한 것으로, 도 3a는 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델과 모의 대조군 (허위 수술 그룹)의 로타로드 테스트 결과를 나타낸 것이고, 도 3b는 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델과 모의 대조군 (허위 수술 그룹)의 회피반응 역치 (paw withdrawal threshold, PWT)를 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이며, 도 3c는 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델에서 마미(cauda equina)를 압박한 후 압박 부위 및 비 압박 부위에서 ED-1 양성 대식세포의 관찰 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 마미(cauda equina) 압박으로 인해 유발된 기계적 통증과 염증에 억제제의 역할을 확인한 결과에 관한 것으로, 도 4a는 셀레콕시브를 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델에 적용한 경우의 PWT 측정 결과를 나타낸 것이고, 도 4b는 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델에 적용한 경우의 PWT 측정 결과를 나타낸 것이며, 도 4c는 셀레콕시브와 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델에 적용한 경우에 30분 후의 TNF-α, 인터루킨-1β(interleukin-1β, IL-1β), IL-6, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) mRNA의 발현 결과를 나타낸 것이며, 도 4d는 셀레콕시브와 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델에 적용한 경우의 상기 염증 매개 물질의 상대 발현량을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이고, 도 4e는 셀레콕시브와 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 만성 기계 이질통 유발 동물 모델에 적용한 경우의 PEG2 발현량을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
