상기 송신부는 또한, 상기 수신부가 프라이머리 셀에서 상기 서브 프레임의 sPUSCH에 대응하는 하향 링크 제어 정보를 갖는 PDCCH를 검출하고 상기 송신부가 상기 프라이머리 셀에서 상기 서브 프레임의 PUCCH의 전송을 이미 시작한 경우에, 상기 서브 프레임 내의 상기 PUCCH의 전송을 중단하도록 구성되고,
상기 sPUSCH는 UL-SCH(Uplink-Shared Channel)을 전송하는데 사용되고, 상기 서브 프레임 내의 sTTI(shortened Transmission Time Interval)에 매핑되고,
상기 sTTI는 2, 3 또는 7개의 SC-FDMA 심볼을 포함하고,
상기 서브 프레임은 14개의 SC-FDMA 심볼을 포함하는, 단말 장치. - 기지국 장치로서,
동일한 서브 프레임에서 PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel) 및 sPUSCH(shortened Physical Uplink Shared Channel)를 수신하도록 구성된 수신부; 및
PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel)을 송신하도록 구성된 송신부
를 포함하고,
상기 수신부는 또한, 상기 송신부가 프라이머리 셀에서 상기 서브 프레임의 sPUSCH에 대응하는 하향 링크 제어 정보를 갖는 PDCCH를 전송하고 상기 수신부가 상기 프라이머리 셀에서 상기 서브 프레임의 PUCCH의 전송을 이미 검출한 경우에, 상기 서브 프레임 내의 상기 PUCCH의 전송을 수신하지 않도록 구성되고,
