Abstract
Description
도 2는 건강한 암컷보다 자궁 축농증이 있는 암컷에서 혈장 CRP, SAA 및 cfDNA가 증가하였음을 확인한 결과이다.
도 3은 자궁 축농증이 있는 개의 검출을 위한 각 바이오마커의 진단 민감도와 1-specificity를 비교하는 ROC 분석(Receiver operating characteristic analysis) 곡선을 나타내는 결과이다.
도 4는 건강한 암컷(A) 및 자궁 축농증이 있는 암컷(B, C, D) 자궁 조직의 대표적인 2 차원 겔 전기 영동 (2-DE)지도를 나타는 결과이다.
도 5는 자궁 축농증이 있는 암컷의 임상 데이터에 대한 평균 변수의 변화를 난소자궁절제술(OHE) 이전 및 난소자궁절제술(OHE) 이후로 나눠 확인한 결과이다.
도 6은 건강한 암컷 및 자궁 축농증이 있는 암컷의 염증 매개 변수의 평균 농도를 확인한 결과이다.
Claims (6)
- 프로칼시토닌(procalcitonin; PCT) 유전자 또는 상기 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질을 포함하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 마커 조성물로,
상기 프로칼시토닌 유전자는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 프로칼시토닌 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질은 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어지고, 상기 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정은 난소자궁절제수술 (OHE) 후에 난소자궁절제수술 (OHE) 전보다 프로칼시토닌이 60 내지 70 퍼센트의 수치로 감소를 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 마커 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예후는 난소자궁절제수술 (OHE)후에 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증이 재발하지 않고 생존 또는 무병생존인 것을 특징으로 하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 마커 조성물.
- 프로칼시토닌(procalcitonin; PCT) 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 조성물로, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기서열로 이루어지고, 상기 단백질은 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어지고, 상기 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정은 난소자궁절제수술 (OHE) 후에 난소자궁절제수술 (OHE) 전보다 프로칼시토닌이 60 내지 70 퍼센트의 수치로 감소를 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 조성물.

상기 단백질 수준을 측정하는 제제는 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 예후는 난소자궁절제수술 (OHE)후에 개 자궁 축농증이 재발하지 않고 생존 또는 무병생존인 것을 특징으로 하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중에 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는, 난소자궁절제수술 후의 폐쇄형 개 자궁 축농증 예후 판정용 키트.
