적어도, 기재층과, 프라이머층과, 금속 박막층이 이 순서대로 적층된 적층체를 포함하고, 상기 프라이머층은 유리 전이점이 -30℃ 내지 80℃인 수지의 경화물을 포함하는, 장식 시트.

Claims (25)
- 적어도, 기재층과, 제1 프라이머층과, 금속 박막층이 이 순서대로 적층된 적층체를 포함하고,
상기 제1 프라이머층은 유리 전이점이 -30℃ 내지 50℃인 수지의 경화물을 포함하고,
금속 박막층 상에 표면 보호층이 더 적층되어 있고, 상기 금속 박막층과 상기 표면 보호층 사이에 제2 프라이머층을 더 갖고, 상기 제2 프라이머층은 유리 전이점이 55℃ 내지 110℃인 수지의 경화물을 포함하는, 장식 시트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장식 시트가 곡부를 갖는 수지 성형품의 장식 용도에 사용되고,
상기 곡부가 상기 장식 시트에 대하여 최대 연신 배율 150% 이상의 연신을 필요로 하는 형상인, 장식 시트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 전이점이 -30℃ 내지 50℃인 수지가 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리아크릴계 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 전이점이 -30℃ 내지 50℃인 수지가 폴리올 수지이며,
상기 제1 프라이머층이 상기 폴리올 수지와 이소시아네이트 화합물의 경화물에 의해 형성되어 있는, 장식 시트. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프라이머층에 있어서의 상기 폴리올 수지가 폴리에스테르폴리올인, 장식 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프라이머층에 있어서의 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물이 지방족 이소시아네이트 화합물인, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기재층과 상기 제1 프라이머층 사이에 접착층을 갖는, 장식 시트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 염소계 수지를 포함하는, 장식 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프라이머층이 실란 커플링제를 포함하는 수지 조성물에 의해 형성되어 있는, 장식 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 염소계 수지가 폴리염화비닐, 염소화폴리에틸렌, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 에틸렌-염화비닐 공중합체, 염화비닐-아세트산비닐 공중합체, 폴리염화프로필렌 및 염소화폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프라이머층이 염소계 수지를 실질적으로 포함하지 않는, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 박막층이, 주석, 인듐, 크롬, 알루미늄, 니켈, 구리, 은, 금, 백금, 아연, 및 이들 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속에 의해 형성되어 있는, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재층은, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 수지, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-아크릴산에스테르 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리카르보네이트 수지 및 염화비닐계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 전이점이 55℃ 내지 110℃인 수지가 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리아크릴계 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 전이점이 55℃ 내지 110℃인 수지가 폴리올 수지이며,
상기 제2 프라이머층이 상기 폴리올 수지와 이소시아네이트 화합물의 경화물에 의해 형성되어 있는, 장식 시트. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2 프라이머층에 있어서의 상기 폴리올 수지가 폴리에스테르폴리올 및 아크릴폴리올 중 적어도 한쪽인, 장식 시트.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2 프라이머층에 있어서의 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물이 지방족 이소시아네이트 화합물 및 방향족 이소시아네이트 화합물 중 적어도 한쪽인, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 박막층 상에 투명 필름층이 더 적층되어 있는, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프라이머층이 착색제를 더 포함하는, 장식 시트.
- 적어도, 성형 수지층과, 기재층과, 제1 프라이머층과, 금속 박막층이 이 순서대로 적층된 적층체를 포함하고,
상기 제1 프라이머층은 유리 전이점이 -30℃ 내지 50℃인 수지의 경화물을 포함하고,
금속 박막층 상에 표면 보호층이 더 적층되어 있고, 상기 금속 박막층과 상기 표면 보호층 사이에 제2 프라이머층을 더 갖고, 상기 제2 프라이머층은 유리 전이점이 55℃ 내지 110℃인 수지의 경화물을 포함하는, 장식 수지 성형품. - 제20항에 있어서, 상기 기재층과 상기 제1 프라이머층 사이에 염소계 수지를 포함하는 접착제층을 더 갖고,
상기 제1 프라이머층이 실란 커플링제를 포함하는 수지 조성물에 의해 형성되어 있는, 장식 수지 성형품. - 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 기재층은, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 수지, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-아크릴산에스테르 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리카르보네이트 수지 및 염화비닐계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는, 장식 수지 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 장식 시트를 진공 성형형(型)에 의해 미리 입체 형상으로 성형하는 진공 성형 공정,
상기 진공 성형된 장식 시트의 여분의 부분을 트리밍하여 성형 시트를 얻는 트리밍 공정, 및
상기 성형 시트를 사출 성형형에 삽입하고, 상기 사출 성형형을 닫고, 유동 상태의 수지를 상기 사출 성형형 내에 사출하여 상기 수지와 상기 성형 시트를 일체화하는 일체화 공정
을 구비하는, 장식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법. - 제23항에 있어서, 상기 장식 수지 성형품이 곡부를 갖고,
상기 진공 성형 공정 및 상기 일체화 공정 중 적어도 한쪽 공정에 있어서, 상기 곡부에 위치하는 장식 시트를 최대 연신 배율 150% 이상으로 연신하는, 장식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법. - 삭제
