Claims (5)
- 금속재 블럭으로 형성하고 전, 후 방향으로 용탕의 입구(111) 및 출구(112)를 연결하는 출탕구(113)를 형성하는 출탕부(110)와,
상기 출탕부(110)의 내부에 구비하되, 상기 출탕구(113)의 측부 및 저부 주변에 인접하여 냉각수로를 형성하는 냉각부(120)와,
상기 출탕부(110)의 하측에 구비하고 유도코일(131)을 내장하여 상기 출탕부(110)의 온도를 가열하는 가열부(130)를 포함하고,
상기 출탕구(113)는,
입구(111)에서 출구(112)를 향해 20 ~ 30°로 하향 경사각을 형성하여 고온의 용탕의 흐름 및 속도를 향상하고, 저면을 50 ± 5mm 곡률 반경으로 만곡하는 반원 또는 호형 단면을 형성하여 열기를 분산하면서 흐름성을 향상하도록 구비하고,
상기 냉각부(120)는,
출탕구(113)의 양 측부를 따라서 20 ~ 30°로 경사각을 형성하는 출입관(121)과, 출탕구(113)의 저부에서 양측 출입관(121) 사이를 연결하고 상기 출탕구(113)에 상응하는 곡률로 만곡하는 순환관(122)을 포함하고,
상기 가열부(130)는,
출탕부(110)의 온도를 800 ~ 1000℃로 유지하여 출탕 공정이 중단 시에도 출탕부(110)의 온도가 과냉하지 않도록 유지하고 재가동 시 에너지를 절감하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스화 용융로용 출탕장치. - 삭제

내화물 소재로 형성하고 일정 두께의 판상형으로 구비하는 절연부(140)를 구비하여 금속재로 이루어지는 상기 출탕부(110)와 유도코일(131)을 내장하는 상기 가열부(130) 사이를 절연하면서 열전도가 이루어지도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스화 용융로용 출탕장치.
