도 4는 일 실시예에 따른 발광 장치를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 5는 다른 실시예에 따른 발광 장치를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 6은 실시예에 따른 창문을 도시한 단면도이다.
Claims (17)
- 지지 기판, 제1 전극, 액정층, 및 희생 구조체를 포함하는 액정 소자를 준비하는 것; 상기 액정층은 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 희생 구조체 사이에 개재되고,
상기 희생 구조체를 상기 액정층으로부터 분리하여, 상기 액정층의 일면을 노출시키는 것; 및
제2 전극 상에 발광층을 배치하는 것; 및
상기 액정층의 상기 일면 상에 제2 전극을 배치하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 제2 전극은 상기 액정층 및 상기 발광층과 물리적으로 직접 접촉하는 발광 장치 제조 방법.

상기 발광층 상에 제3 전극을 배치하는 것을 더 포함하는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 희생 구조체는 희생층 및 상기 희생층 상의 희생 기판을 포함하는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 지지 기판, 제1 전극, 액정층, 및 희생 구조체를 포함하는 액정 소자를 준비하되, 상기 액정층은 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 희생 구조체 사이에 개재되는 것;
상기 희생 구조체를 상기 액정층으로부터 분리하여, 상기 액정층의 일면을 노출시키는 것; 및
상기 액정층의 상기 일면 상에 제2 전극을 배치하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 희생 구조체는 희생층 및 상기 희생층 상의 희생 기판을 포함하고,
상기 희생 구조체를 분리하는 것은:
상기 희생층의 유리 전이 온도 또는 용융점보다 높은 온도 조건에서 상기 희생 구조체를 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 희생 구조체를 분리하는 것은 물리적인 방법에 의해 수행되는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 희생층은 폴리머를 포함하고,
상기 희생층은 300℃ 내지 700℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 액정 소자를 준비하는 것은:
희생 기판 상에 희생층을 형성하는 것; 및
상기 희생층의 제1 면을 러빙하는 것을 포함하는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 희생 구조체를 분리하는 것은:
상기 액정층에 전기장을 인가하는 것; 및
상기 희생 구조체에 물리적인 힘을 가하는 것을 포함하는 발광 장치 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 액정소자를 준비하는 것은:
상기 제1 전극 및 상기 희생 구조체 사이에 전구체 용액을 제공하여, 전구체층을 형성하는 것; 및
상기 전구체층에 열 또는 빛을 가하여, 상기 액정층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 발광 장치 제조 방법.

상기 제2 전극은 상기 유리층 및 상기 액정층과 물리적으로 직접 접촉하고,
상기 희생 구조체는 희생층 및 상기 희생층 상의 희생 기판을 포함하고,
상기 희생 구조체를 분리하는 것은:
상기 희생층의 유리 전이 온도 또는 용융점보다 높은 온도 조건에서 상기 희생 구조체를 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 창문 제조 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 액정층은 폴리머 및 액정 분자들을 포함하는 창문 제조 방법.
