Claims (8)
- 와이어가 직조되어, 메쉬구조가 형성되며, 중공의 원통 형상을 포함하는 바디부;
상기 메쉬구조가 커버되도록, 상기 바디부에 형성되는 멤브레인부; 및
상기 멤브레인부의 전부 또는 적어도 어느 일부에 형성되는 미세조면;을 포함하며,
상기 미세조면은 상기 멤브레인부의 내측면에 한정되어 형성되고,
상기 미세조면은 규칙적 특성을 갖는 어느 일 형태의 패턴이 아닌, 무질서하게 형성되는 불규칙성 양각돌기에 의해 형성되며,
상기 미세조면은 상기 멤브레인부의 내측면 점착성을 감소시키고,
상기 미세조면은 표면 거칠기에 의해 수치화될 수 있는 멤브레인의 점착성이 개선된 스텐트.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 미세조면의 표면 거칠기(surface roughness)는 30 μm 내지 300 μm 크기 이내의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인의 점착성이 개선된 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인부는 코팅지그에 의해 형성되며,
상기 코팅지그의 외주면에는 상기 미세조면에 대응되는 표면 거칠기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인의 점착성이 개선된 스텐트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인부는,
상기 코팅지그에 상기 바디부가 마운팅되면, 상기 코팅지그가 축 회동되면서, 상기 바디부에 폴리머 재질의 재료가 균일하게 도포되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인의 점착성이 개선된 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 미세조면은 상기 멤브레인부가 경화되는 공정에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인의 점착성이 개선된 스텐트.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 표면 거칠기는 샌드블라스팅공정 또는 에칭공정에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인의 점착성이 개선된 스텐트.
