Claims (9)
- 디스크 형상의 회전식 플랫폼;
상기 회전식 플랫폼 상에 배치되는 미세 유체 구조물로서:
알데히드류 또는 케톤류를 포함하는 유체 시료가 주입되고, 상기 알데히드류 또는 케톤류가 DNPH 유도체화될 수 있는 시료 주입부;
상기 시료가 검출부로 이동할 수 있는 통로이고 상기 시료 주입부와 상기 검출부를 연결하는 제 1 미세 유체 유로(siphon channel);
용리제가 주입될 수 있는 용리제 도입부;
상기 용리제가 검출부로 이동할 수 있는 통로이고 상기 용리제 도입부와 상기 검출부를 연결하는 제 2 미세 유체 유로; 및
상기 용리제로 상기 시료의 알데히드류 또는 케톤류가 분리 전개될 수 있도록 상기 시료의 알데히드류 또는 케톤류와 반응을 일으킬 수 있는 물질로 코팅된 검출부를 포함하는, 상기 미세 유체 구조물을 포함하고,
상기 회전식 플랫폼의 회전으로, 상기 시료 주입부에 주입된 상기 알데히드류 또는 케톤류가 DNPH 유도체화되며,
상기 회전식 플랫폼은 복층으로 구성되고,
상기 회전식 플랫폼의 상층부에는 상기 용리제 도입부의 공간에 상기 용리제가 주입될 수 있는 주입구가 마련되며,
상기 미세 유체 구조물은 상기 검출부의 일단부 삽입되며 상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로와 상기 검출부를 연결하는 리저브 영역과, 상기 용리제 도입부와 상기 검출부의 타단부를 연결하는 제 2 공기 순환 채널을 포함하는, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시료에 포함될 수 있는 알데히드류 또는 케톤류는 아세트알데히드(acetaldehyde), 아세톤(acetone), 아크롤레인(acrolein), 벤즈알데히드(benzaldehyde), 부티르알데히드(butyraldehyde), 포름알데히드(formaldehyde), 및 프로피온알데히드(propionaldehyde)로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시료 주입부의 내부는 2, 4-DNPH가 코팅된 실리카(2, 4-DNPH coated silica)가 비즈들의 형태로 채워진, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미세 유체 구조물은 복수 개로 구비되고,
복수 개의 상기 미세 유체 구조물은 각각 상이한 유체 시료들을 수용할 수 있고, 상기 회전식 플랫폼에 방사 대칭으로 배치된, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스. - 삭제

상기 제 1 미세 유체 유로 및 상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로는 각각 굴곡부를 포함하고,
상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로의 굴곡부의 개수는 상기 제 1 미세 유체 유로의 굴곡부의 개수보다 하나 더 많은, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디바이스의 1차 회전 시에, 상기 주입된 유체 시료가 시료 주입부의 후단부로 이동하고, 상기 주입된 용리제가 용리제 도입부의 후단부로 이동하고,
상기 디바이스의 1차 회전 이후 상기 디바이스의 정지 시에, 상기 시료 주입부로부터 상기 제 1 미세 유체 유로로 시료가 이동하고, 상기 용리제 도입부로부터 상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로의 제 1 굴곡부로 용리제가 이동하고,
상기 디바이스의 2차 회전 시에, 상기 시료가 상기 제 1 미세 유체 유로로부터 상기 검출부로 도입되고,
상기 디바이스의 2차 회전 이후 상기 디바이스의 정지 시에, 상기 용리제가 상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로의 제 1 굴곡부로부터 상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로의 제 2 굴곡부로 이동하고,
상기 디바이스의 3차 회전 시에, 상기 용리제가 상기 제 2 미세 유체 유로로부터 상기 리저브 영역으로 도입되고,
상기 디바이스의 3차 회전 이후 상기 디바이스의 정지 시에, 상기 시료가 상기 용리제에 의하여 상기 검출부 상에서 전개되는, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 7 항 및 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 디바이스, 및 상기 검출부에 자외선을 비춰 상기 검출부 상에서 분리 전개된 알데히드류 또는 케톤류를 육안으로 관찰할 수 있도록 하는 UV 램프를 포함하는, 알데히드류 또는 케톤류 검출용 시스템.
