Claims (6)
- 흡착부과 공정을 이용한 고순도 암모니아 생산 방법으로,
상기 방법은 촉매층 및 흡착층이 반복적으로 적층된 충진물을 구비하는 타워 상부로 질소 및 수소를 주입하는 단계;
상기 촉매층에서 암모니아가 합성되어 흡착층으로 암모니아가 흡착되는 단계;
상기 흡착층에서 암모니아를 탈착하는 단계;
상기 타워 하부로 암모니아를 배출하여 수득하는 단계; 및,
미전환 반응물인 질소 및 수소를 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 충진물의 최상단에는 촉매층이 위치하며, 최하단에는 흡착층이 위치하고,
상기 촉매층은 암모니아 합성용 촉매를 포함하며,
상기 흡착층은 고체 흡착제를 포함하고,
상기 타워 내 암모니아가 흡착층에 흡착되면 생산 정반응이 촉진되어 촉매층의 암모니아 합성이 촉진되며,
상기 타워는 온도 범위 200℃ 내지 500℃, 압력범위 10 bar 내지 200 bar에서 암모니아를 합성하는,
흡착부과 공정을 이용한 고순도 암모니아 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 칼슘, 칼륨, 실리콘, 세슘, 비스무스, 루테늄, 팔라듐, 몰리브듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 백금, 니켈, 코발트, 철, 아연, 알루미늄 및 구리로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 산화물인,
흡착부과 공정을 이용한 고순도 암모니아 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제는 마그네슘클로라이드, 칼슘클로라이드, 스트론튬클로라이드, 바륨클로라이드, 알루미늄옥사이드, 마그네슘옥사이드, 실리콘옥사이드 및 칼슘옥사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인,
흡착부과 공정을 이용한 고순도 암모니아 생산 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 질소 및 수소를 주입하는 단계에서 수소 및 질소는 1:1 내지 1:9의 부피비로 주입되는,
흡착부과 공정을 이용한 고순도 암모니아 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 암모니아를 탈착하는 단계는 온도 범위 200℃ 내지 500℃, 상압 내지 50bar 압력범위에서 암모니아 탈착이 수행되는,
흡착부과 공정을 이용한 고순도 암모니아 생산 방법.
