Claims (24)
- 폴리이미드계 필름,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름의 일면에 형성된 자가복원성 배리어 접착층, 및
상기 폴리이미드계 필름의 배면에 형성된 산화규소증착층을 포함하며,
상기 자가복원성 배리어 접착층은 폴리부타디엔 구조 및 지방족고리를 포함하는 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 구조를 포함하고,
수분투과도가 1 ×10-3 g/㎡·day 이하인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산화규소증착층 상에 하드코팅층을 더 포함하는 광학적층체. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅층 상에 대전방지층, 내지문층, 방오층, 스크래치 방지층, 저굴절층, 반사방지층 및 충격 흡수층에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 기능성 코팅층을 더 포함하는 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자가복원성 배리어 접착층은 저장탄성율이 1 × 105 Pa이상인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 광학적층체는 전광선 투과도가 90 % 이상, 헤이즈가 1 % 이하, 황색도가 3이하인 것인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 광학적층체는 연필경도가 3B이상이고, 비커스 경도가 30 HV이상인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산화규소증착층은 화학기상증착(CVD), 원자층증착(ALD), 펄스레이저 증착(PLD), 전자빔증발법(E-beam evaporation), 열증발법(thermal evaporation) 및 레이저분자빔증착(L-MBE)에서 선택되는 방법으로 형성된 것인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산화규소 증착층은 SiO2로 이루어진 것인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자가복원성 배리어 접착층은 유리에 대한 접착력이 0.5 kg/inch 이상인 것인 광학적층체. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리부타디엔 구조는 폴리부타디엔 변성 우레탄계 (메타)아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 구조인 광학적층체. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름은 ASTM E111에 따른 파단연신율이 8 % 이상, 모듈러스가 6 GPa 이상인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름은 ASTM D1746에 따라 388nm에서 측정된 광투과도가 5% 이상, 400 내지 700nm에서 측정된 전광선광투과도가 87 % 이상, 헤이즈가 2.0% 이하, 황색도가 5.0 이하 및 b*값이 2.0 이하인 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름은 폴리아미드이미드 구조를 포함하는 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름은 불소계 방향족 디아민으로부터 유도된 단위, 방향족 이무수물로부터 유도된 단위 및 방향족 이산이염화물로부터 유도된 단위를 포함하는 광학적층체. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름은 고리지방족 이무수물로부터 유도된 단위를 더 포함하는 광학적층체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 필름은 두께가 10 내지 500 ㎛이고,
상기 자가복원성 배리어 접착층은 두께가 10 내지 100 ㎛이고,
상기 산화규소증착층은 두께가 2 내지 500 nm인 광학적층체. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅층은 두께가 1 내지 50 ㎛인광학적층체. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅층은 연필경도가 3H 이상인 광학적층체. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 코팅층은 두께가 0.01 내지 50 ㎛인 광학적층체. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 코팅층은 수접촉각이 105 도 이상인 내지문층인 광학적층체. - 제 1항 내지 제 9항, 제 11항 및 제 13항 내지 제 22항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 광학적층체를 포함하는 윈도우 커버 필름.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항, 제 11항 및 제 13항 내지 제 22항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 광학적층체를 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널.
