Claims (7)
- 하이드록시-말단 폴리실록산, 아미노 실란 및 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 알킬알콕시 실란을 포함하는 아미노 실리콘 폴리머 조성물로부터 제조된 아미노 실리콘 폴리머; 용매; 비이온 유화제; 및 양이온 유화제를 포함하고,
상기 아미노 실리콘 폴리머는 아미노 실리콘 폴리머 총 중량에 대하여 100 내지 1,000 ppm의 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실록산 및 10 내지 900 ppm의 데카메틸사이클로펜타실록산을 포함하고,
상기 아미노 실리콘 폴리머의 중량평균분자량은 50,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인, 실리콘 에멀젼으로서,
상기 실리콘 에멀젼 100 중량부를 기준으로, 25 내지 40 중량부의 아미노 실리콘 폴리머, 50 내지 70 중량부의 용매, 1 내지 5 중량부의 비이온 유화제 및 2 내지 10 중량부의 양이온 유화제를 포함하고,
상기 실리콘 에멀젼은 25℃에서 점도가 1 내지 500 cP이고, 상기 실리콘 에멀젼 총 중량을 기준으로 고형분 함량이 30 내지 50 중량%인, 실리콘 에멀젼:

상기 아미노 실리콘 폴리머의 점도는 25℃에서 10,000 내지 100,000 cP인, 실리콘 에멀젼. - 삭제
- 제1 용매 및 비이온 유화제를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합물 및 아미노 실리콘 폴리머를 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 혼합물 및 양이온 유화제를 혼합하고 중화제 및 제2 용매를 투입하여 제3 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 단계들은 각각 15 내지 30 ℃에서 수행되는, 청구항 1의 실리콘 에멀젼의 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
