Abstract
[해결 수단] 상기 과제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 발명의 어느 한 관점에 의하면, 도금 강판과, 도금 강판을 피복하는 유기 수지 피막과, 유기 수지 피막 중에 분산된 비즈를 갖는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판이며, 유기 수지 피막은, 유리 전이 온도 0 내지 20℃의 폴리에스테르 수지 및 멜라민 수지를 포함하고, 비즈는, 유리 전이 온도가 -60℃ 내지 50℃인 우레탄 수지제 비즈이고, 유기 수지 피막의 총 질량에 대하여 1 내지 15질량%의 비율로 유기 수지 피막에 포함되고, 또한, 유기 수지 피막 중에 5 내지 1000개/㎟의 면 밀도로 분산되고, 수식 (1) 내지 (3)의 관계가 충족되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판이 제공된다.

Claims (6)
- 도금 강판과,
상기 도금 강판을 피복하는 유기 수지 피막과,
상기 유기 수지 피막 중에 분산된 비즈를 갖는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판이며,
상기 유기 수지 피막은, 유리 전이 온도 0 내지 20℃의 폴리에스테르 수지 및 멜라민 수지를 포함하고,
상기 비즈는, 유리 전이 온도가 -60℃ 내지 50℃인 우레탄 수지제 비즈이고, 상기 유기 수지 피막의 총 질량에 대하여 1 내지 15질량%의 비율로 상기 유기 수지 피막에 포함되고, 또한, 상기 유기 수지 피막 중에 5 내지 1000개/㎟의 면 밀도로 분산되고,
상기 유기 수지 피막 중, 비즈가 존재하지 않는 부분의 평균 막 두께를 T(㎛), 상기 비즈의 평균 입경을 φ(㎛), 상기 유기 수지 피막 중, 상기 비즈를 덮는 비즈 피복 부분의 평균 막 두께를 t(㎛), 상기 폴리에스테르 수지의 유리 전이 온도를 Tgp(℃), 상기 비즈의 유리 전이 온도를 Tgb(℃)라 했을 때, 이하의 수식 (1) 내지 (3)의 관계를 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판.

상기 도금 강판을 피복하는 유기 수지 피막과,

상기 유기 수지 피막은, 폴리에스테르 수지 및 멜라민 수지를 포함하고,
상기 유기 수지 피막의 유리 전이 온도는 0 내지 35℃이고,
상기 비즈는, 유리 전이 온도가 -60℃ 내지 50℃인 우레탄 수지제 비즈이고, 상기 유기 수지 피막의 총 질량에 대하여 1 내지 15질량%의 비율로 상기 유기 수지 피막에 포함되고, 또한, 상기 유기 수지 피막 중에 5 내지 1000개/㎟의 면 밀도로 분산되고,
상기 유기 수지 피막 중, 비즈가 존재하지 않는 부분의 평균 막 두께를 T(㎛), 상기 비즈의 평균 입경을 φ(㎛), 상기 유기 수지 피막 중, 상기 비즈를 덮는 비즈 피복 부분의 평균 막 두께를 t(㎛), 상기 유기 수지 피막의 유리 전이 온도를 Tgf(℃), 상기 비즈의 유리 전이 온도를 Tgb(℃)라 했을 때, 이하의 수식 (1) 내지 (3')의 관계를 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판.

10≤(φ/t)×{(Tgb+273)/(Tgf+273)}≤115 ····(3') - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 수지 피막 중, 상기 비즈를 덮는 비즈 피복 부분의 평균 막 두께는, 0.3 내지 1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금 강판과 상기 유기 수지 피막 사이에 형성된 화성 처리 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 수지 피막은, 추가로, 3 내지 15질량%의 카본 블랙, 1 내지 10질량%의 칼슘 수식 실리카, 0.5 내지 5질량%의 에폭시 수지 중, 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금 강판은 아연계 도금 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 수지 피복 도금 강판.
