Claims (11)
- 진공밸브로서,
상기 진공밸브는 제 1 하우징 부품 (1a) 과 제 2 하우징 부품 (1b) 을 갖는 밸브 하우징 (1) 과 폐쇄 부재 (9) 를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 하우징 부품과 상기 제 2 하우징 부품 사이에 고리 모양의 하우징 시일 (housing seal, 3b) 이 배치되고, 상기 폐쇄 부재는 상기 진공밸브가 개방되는 개방위치와 상기 진공밸브가 폐쇄되는 폐쇄위치 사이에서 이동 가능하고,
상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 은 고리 모양의 지지체 (3a) 에 설치되고, 또한 방사상으로 상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 의 내부에 고리 모양의 시트 시일 (seat seal, 3c) 이 상기 지지체 (3a) 에 설치되며, 상기 폐쇄 부재 (9) 는 상기 폐쇄 부재 (9) 의 상기 폐쇄위치에 있어서 상기 시트 시일에 내리눌려져 있고, 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 은 상기 밸브 하우징 (1) 의 밀봉면에 밀착하고, 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 이 밀착되어 있는 상기 밀봉면은, 평탄하게 형성되고, 밸브 개구부 (5) 의 축 (7) 에 대하여 직각으로 있는 평면에 놓여있고,
상기 지지체 (3a) 는 상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 을 구성하는 탄성 재료 및 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 을 구성하는 탄성 재료와 구별되는 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체 (3a) 는 상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 보다 큰 탄성계수를 가지며, 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 보다 큰 탄성계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체 (3a) 의 탄성계수는 상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 의 탄성계수보다 적어도 5배 더 크고, 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 의 탄성계수보다 적어도 5배 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 하우징 부품 (1b) 이 밀봉면을 구비하며, 상기 밀봉면에 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 이 밀착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 하우징 부품 (1b) 은 축 (7) 을 갖는 밸브 개구부 (5) 를 구비하며, 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 이 밀착되어 있는 상기 밀봉면은 상기 밸브 개구부 (5) 의 상기 축 (7) 을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체 (3a) 는 평탄한 원판의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 은 상기 지지체 (3a) 의 전체 바깥둘레에 걸쳐 방사상으로 바깥쪽으로 상기 지지체 (3a) 위에 돌출해 있고, 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 은 상기 지지체 (3a) 의 전체 안둘레에 걸쳐 방사상으로 안쪽으로 상기 지지체 (3a) 위에 돌출해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체 (3a) 는 상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 과 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 사이에 있는 영역에서 적어도 하나의 관통 개구부 (24) 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 과 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 은 상기 지지체 (3a) 에 벌커나이징되는 (vulcanized) 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 시일 (3b) 과 상기 시트 시일 (3c) 은 상기 지지체 (3a) 에 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공밸브.
