Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 열가소성 아크릴계 수지, 그래프트 공중합체 및 용제를 포함하는, 용액 유연법에 의한 필름 제조용 도프로서,
상기 그래프트 공중합체는, 코어층과 셸층을 갖고, 상기 코어층의 평균 입자경이 125 내지 400㎚이고,
상기 그래프트 공중합체는, 메틸에틸케톤에 의한 팽윤도가 3.5 이상이고,
상기 그래프트 공중합체는 겔 분율이 90% 이하이며(단, 상기 겔 분율은 상기 그래프트 공중합체의 전량에 대하여 상기 그래프트 공중합체의 메틸에틸케톤에 불용인 성분이 차지하는 중량의 비율임),
상기 용제는, 한센 용해도 파라미터에 있어서의 수소 결합항 δH가 6.0 이상 8.0 이하이고,
상기 코어층은, 알킬티오기를 포함하는 중합체 말단 구조를 갖고,
코어층은, 메타크릴산에스테르 단위 (a-1) 40 내지 100중량%, 이것과 공중합 가능한 이중 결합을 갖는 다른 단량체 단위 (a-2) 60 내지 0중량%, 및 상기 (a-1) 및 (a-2)의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 다관능성 단량체 단위 0.01 내지 10중량부를 구성 단위로서 포함하는 경질 중합체 (I)과,
아크릴산에스테르 단위 (b-1) 60 내지 100중량%, 이것과 공중합 가능한 이중 결합을 갖는 다른 단량체 단위 (b-2) 0 내지 40중량%, 및 상기 (b-1) 및 (b-2)의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 다관능성 단량체 단위 0.1 내지 5중량부를 구성 단위로서 포함하는 연질 중합체 (II)를 갖고,
연질 중합체 (II)는, 경질 중합체 (I)에 결합되어 있고,
셸층은, 메타크릴산에스테르 단위 (c-1) 60 내지 100중량%, 이것과 공중합 가능한 이중 결합을 갖는 다른 단량체 단위 (c-2) 40 내지 0중량%, 및 상기 (c-1) 및 (c-2)의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 다관능성 단량체 단위 0 내지 10중량부를 구성 단위로서 포함하는 경질 중합체 (III)을 포함하고,
경질 중합체 (III)은, 경질 중합체 (I) 및/또는 연질 중합체 (II)에 그래프트 결합되어 있는, 도프. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그래프트 공중합체는, 메틸에틸케톤에 의한 팽윤도가 3.6 이상 5.0 이하인, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그래프트 공중합체는, (메틸에틸케톤에 의한 팽윤도/그래프트 공중합체 중의 연질 중합체 비율)/(코어층 중의 연질 중합체 비율)로 표시되는 팽윤성 계수 S가 10.5 내지 18.0인, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셸층은, 단층 또는 다층이고, 상기 단층을 구성하는 중합체, 또는 상기 다층 중 가장 유리 전이 온도가 높은 층을 구성하는 중합체는, 유리 전이 온도가 92℃ 이하인, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경질 중합체 (I)이, 알킬티오기를 포함하는 중합체 말단 구조를 갖는, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴계 수지는, 중량 평균 분자량이 30만 이상인, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴계 수지는, 중량 평균 분자량이 17만 이하인, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴계 수지는, 메타크릴산메틸 단위 30 내지 100중량% 및 이것과 공중합 가능한 다른 비닐계 단량체 단위 0 내지 70중량%를 구성 단위로서 포함하는 중합체인, 도프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴계 수지는, 주쇄에 환 구조를 갖고,
상기 환 구조는, 글루타르이미드환 구조, 락톤환 구조, 무수 말레산 유래 환 구조, 말레이미드 유래 환 구조 및 무수 글루타르산환 구조로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 도프. - 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴계 수지의 배합량과 그래프트 공중합체의 배합량의 합계 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 열가소성 아크릴계 수지의 배합량이 30 내지 98중량부이고, 상기 그래프트 공중합체의 배합량이 70 내지 2 중량부인, 도프.
- 용액 유연법에 의한 아크릴계 수지 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도프를 지지체 표면에 유연한 후, 용제를 증발시키는 공정을 포함하는, 필름의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 도프는, 열가소성 아크릴계 수지와 그래프트 공중합체를 포함하는 펠릿을 제작한 후, 해당 펠릿을 상기 용제에 용해 분산시킴으로써 제조되는, 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도프로 형성되어 이루어지는 아크릴계 수지 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 아크릴계 수지 필름은, 두께가 10 내지 500㎛인, 아크릴계 수지 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 아크릴계 수지 필름은, 타기재 표면에 대한 적층 보호용 필름인, 아크릴계 수지 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 아크릴계 수지 필름은 광학용 필름인, 아크릴계 수지 필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 광학용 필름은 편광자 보호 필름인, 아크릴계 수지 필름.
- 편광자와, 제17항에 기재된 아크릴계 수지 필름을 적층하여 이루어지는, 편광판.
- 제18항에 기재된 편광판을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치.
