Claims (5)
- 베이스 판재;
상기 베이스 판재의 상면에 부착된 저압 멜라민 함침지;
상기 저압 멜라민 함침지의 상면에 도포되어 형성된 UV 접착층; 및
상기 UV 접착층의 상면에 부착된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 포함하며,
상기 UV 접착층은 인테리어용 패널의 재단 작업 시에 절단면이 부서지지 않고 깨끗한 단면을 형성하도록 이소보닐 아크릴레이트 20 내지 30 중량부, 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 10 내지 20 중량부, 2-하이드록시-2-메틸프로피오페논 5 내지 10 중량부, 4-아크릴로일 모폴린 1 내지 5 중량부, 뷰틸레이트 하이드록시톨루엔 1 내지 5 중량부, 및 비스-트리메틸벤조일페닐포스핀 옥사이드 1 내지 5 중량부가 포함된 접착제로 구성되며,
상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 제1 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름과, 상기 제1 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 상부에 구비된 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름, 및 상기 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 상부에 구비된 제2 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 재단품질이 개선된 인테리어용 패널. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은
전체 두께를 기준으로 10 내지 15% 두께의 제1 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름과, 70 내지 80% 두께의 비결정성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름, 및 10 내지 15% 두께의 제2 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 재단품질이 개선된 인테리어용 패널. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 UV 접착층은
40㎛ 내지 50㎛의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재단품질이 개선된 인테리어용 패널.
