도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열회수 장치를 상세 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 수술실, 병실, 음압실로 구분되는 다수의 실내 공간을 구비하는 의료 시설에 적용되는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템에 있어서,
의료 시설 외부에 연결되는 외부 연결관과 실내 공간 각각에 연결되는 다수의 내부 연결관 사이에 설치되어, 케이스에 삽입된 적어도 하나의 히트 파이프와 히트 파이프 각각에 결합된 다수의 핀들을 통해 급기와 배기간의 열교환 동작을 수행하는 열회수 장치;
IoT 통신 채널을 형성 및 운영하며, 실내 공간 각각에 설치되어 대기압, 온/습도, 공기질을 센싱 및 통보하는 다수의 IoT 복합 센서;
상기 내부 연결관 각각에 설치되어, 상기 내부 연결관을 통한 급기량 및 배기량을 조정하는 다수의 전동 댐퍼;
외부 연결관의 급기 영역과 내부 연결관의 배기 영역에 각각 설치되는 급기용 필터와 배기용 필터; 및
중앙 관제실에 설치된 중앙 제어 패널과 실내 공간 각각에 설치된 다수의 개별 제어 패널을 구비하고, 상기 중앙 제어 패널과 상기 개별 제어 패널 중 어느 하나를 통해 획득된 제어값과 상기 IoT 복합 센서를 통해 획득된 센싱값들을 통해 상기 열회수 장치와 상기 전동 댐퍼 각각을 동작 제어하는 제어 장치를 포함하며,
상기 열회수 장치는
상기 케이스와 상기 적어도 하나의 히트 파이프 각각에 결합된 다수의 핀 각각을 이산화티타늄으로 모두 코팅함과 동시에, 상기 핀 쪽으로 UV-C 빛을 조사하는 UV-C 램프를 다수개 더 포함하여, OH 라디칼 발생을 위한 이산화티타늄과 UV-C의 광촉매 반응을 유도하며,
상기 급기용 필터와 배기용 필터는
큰 이물질 제거를 위한 전처리 필터와 미세 먼지 제거를 위한 헤파 필터로 구성되며, 상기 열회수 장치의 내부에 추가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UV-C 램프 각각은
상기 히트 파이프와 평행되도록 히트 파이프들 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UV-C 램프 각각은
상기 히트 파이프를 향하도록 상기 케이스 내측에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
UV-C 조사 여부를 센싱 및 통보하는 포토 센서를 더 포함하며,
상기 제어 장치는 상기 포토 센서의 센싱 결과에 기반하여 UV-C 램프의 이상 여부를 확인 및 통보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 급기용 필터와 배기용 필터 각각의 전면과 후면에 설치되어 공기 압력차를 센싱 및 통보하는 두 개의 차압 센서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치는
상기 두 개의 차압 센서를 통해 센싱한 공기 압력차가 기 설정치 이상이면, 필터 교체를 요청하는 기능을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IoT 기반 멸균 열회수 환기 시스템.
