- 25 mm의 골재 0 또는 10-20 중량부, 20 mm의 골재 0 또는 10-20 중량부, 13 mm의 골재 8-35 중량부, 잔골재 10-40 중량부, 13 mm의 순환골재 20-40 중량부, 폐유리 0 또는 10-20 중량부 및 채움재 0 또는 2-6 중량부를 포함하는 골재 100 중량부;
셀룰로오스 섬유 슬러지, 폐인조잔디 충진제, 폐타이어 분말, 상기 폐타이어 분말의 뭉침을 방지하여 아스팔트의 강도와 표면 박리 저항성을 향상시키기 위한 소석회공정 부산물 및 폐 PE 분말을 포함하는 개질 첨가제 0.4-1.0 중량부; 및
스트레이트 아스팔트 2-5 중량부를 포함하되,
상기 폐인조잔디 충진제는 스티렌계 블록 공중합체; 및 파라핀계, 나프텐계 또는 아로마틱계 프로세스 오일을 포함하고, 상기 소석회공정 부산물은 상기 개질 첨가제에 10-20 중량%로 포함되는
순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 첨가제는,
셀룰로오스 섬유 슬러지 10-20 중량%;
폐인조잔디 충진제 10-20 중량%;
폐타이어 분말 10-20 중량%;
소석회공정 부산물 10-20 중량%; 및
폐 PE 분말 40-50 중량%를 포함하는
순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물. - 제5 항에 있어서,
표층용 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물인 경우 상기 골재는 13 mm의 골재 25-35 중량부, 잔골재 30-40 중량부, 13 mm의 순환골재 20-40 중량부 및 채움재 2-6 중량부를 포함하고,
중간층용 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물인 경우 상기 골재는 20 mm의 골재 15-20 중량부, 13 mm의 골재 10-25 중량부, 잔골재 15-30 중량부, 13 mm의 순환골재 20-40 중량부, 폐유리 10-20 중량부 및 채움재 2-6 중량부를 포함하며,
기층용 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물인 경우 상기 골재는 25 mm의 골재 10-20 중량부, 20 mm의 골재 10-15 중량부, 13 mm의 골재 8-20 중량부, 잔골재 10-20 중량부, 13 mm의 순환골재 20-40 중량부 및 폐유리 10-20 중량부를 포함하는
순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물. - 제6 항에 있어서,
표층용 또는 중간층용 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물인 경우 하기 (1) 내지 (6) 중 하나 이상의 특성을 만족하고,
(1) 마샬안정도 (MS, 60 ℃): 10,000 N 이상
(2) 동적안정도 (DS): 3,000 회/mm 이상
(3) 인장강도비 (TSR): 0.80 이상
(4) 변형강도 (SD): 3.7 MPa 이상
(5) 간접인장강도 (ITS, 25 ℃): 0.8 N/mm2 이상
(6) 터프니스 (Toughness, 25 ℃): 8,000 N·Emm2 이상
기층용 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물인 경우 하기 (1) 내지 (3) 중 하나 이상의 특성을 만족하는 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물.
(1) 마샬안정도 (MS, 60 ℃): 5,000 N 이상
(2) 변형강도 (SD): 3.2 MPa 이상
(3) 간접인장강도 (ITS, 25 ℃): 0.6 N/mm2 이상
(4) 터프니스 (Toughness, 25 ℃): 6,000 N·Emm2 이상 - 표층, 중간층 및 기층 중 하나 이상에 사용되는 순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법에 있어서,
170-180 ℃로 가열된 25 mm의 골재 0 또는 10-20 중량부, 20 mm의 골재 0 또는 10-20 중량부, 13 mm의 골재 8-35 중량부, 잔골재 10-40 중량부, 13 mm의 순환골재 20-40 중량부, 폐유리 0 또는 10-20 중량부 및 채움재 0 또는 2-6 중량부를 포함하는 골재 100 중량부를 투입하는 단계;
상기 골재에 개질 첨가제 0.4-1.0 중량부를 투입하고 혼합하는 단계; 및
스트레이트 아스팔트 2-5 중량부를 가열한 후 상기 혼합물에 분사하여 첨가하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 개질 첨가제는 셀룰로오스 섬유 슬러지 10-20 중량%, 폐인조잔디 충진제 10-20 중량%, 폐타이어 분말 10-20 중량%, 상기 폐타이어 분말의 뭉침을 방지하여 아스팔트의 강도와 표면 박리 저항성을 향상시키기 위한 소석회공정 부산물 10-20 중량% 및 폐 PE 분말 40-50 중량%를 포함하고, 상기 폐인조잔디 충진제는 스티렌계 블록 공중합체; 및 파라핀계, 나프텐계 또는 아로마틱계 프로세스 오일을 포함하는
순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합시간은 20-26 시간이고,
상기 혼합은 회전속도 1500-2000 rpm의 교반기로 수행되는
순환 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
