Abstract
본 발명의 안티 파울링 소수성 코팅용액을 이용한 코팅방법은 친환경적이고, 높은 방오성, 방식성, 투명성 등으로 각종 해상 생물들의 부착 및 따개비의 성장 억제 효과가 있으며, 1년 이상의 지속성 또한 가지고 있어 선체의 표면에 코팅할 경우에 표면을 장시간 깨끗하게 유지할 수 있어서 선박의 운항 속도향상과 에너지 절감 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 사용되는 안티 파울링 소수성 코팅용액 제조방법을 개략적으로 도시한 공정흐름도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 제조된 안티 파울링 소수성 코팅용액을 이용한 코팅방법을 선저에 적용하여 코팅 전후의 연료소비량 및 연비를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 선박의 선체 또는 해양 시설물에 해양생물들의 고착을 방지하기 위한 소수성 코팅방법에 있어서,
선박의 선체 또는 해양 시설물에 이소프로필알코올(isopropyl alcohol), 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르 아세테이트(Propylene Glycol Monomethyl ether Acetate(PGMEA)) 및 실라잔 폴리머(silazane polymer)로 이루어진 프라이머 용액을 분사하는 프라이머 용액 분사단계(S10); 및
상기 프라이머 용액이 분사된 선박의 선체 또는 해양 시설물에 소수성 코팅용액을 분사하는 소수성 코팅용액 분사단계(S20);
로 이루어지되,
상기 소수성 코팅용액 분사단계(S20)에서 소수성 코팅용액은,
(i) 용제 100중량부에 대하여, 실록산 폴리머(siloxane polymer) 1~10중량부, 실라잔 폴리머(silazane polymer) 0.1~10중량부를 혼합하여 교반하는 1차 혼합단계;
(ii) 상기 1차 혼합단계에서 혼합된 액체혼합액과 용제를 중량대비 1 : 5~10의 비율로 혼합하여 희석시키는 희석단계;
(iii) 용제 100중량부에 대하여, 경화제 0.5~10중량부를 혼합하는 경화용액 제조단계; 및
(iv) 상기 희석단계에서 희석된 희석액과 상기 경화용액 제조단계에서 제조된 경화용액을 혼합하는 2차 혼합단계;
로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안티 파울링 소수성 코팅용액을 이용한 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 용액 분사단계(S10)에서 프라이머 용액은,
순도 80~99.9%의 이소프로필알코올(isopropyl alcohol) 100중량부에 대하여, 순도 80~99.4%의 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르 아세테이트(Propylene Glycol Monomethyl ether Acetate(PGMEA)) 5~15중량부 및 순도 10~18%의 실라잔 폴리머(silazane polymer) 0.5~3중량부가 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 안티 파울링 소수성 코팅용액을 이용한 코팅방법.

상기 프라이머 용액 분사단계(S10)는,
선박의 선체 또는 해양 시설물에 프라이머 용액을 0.1~50㎛의 두께로 분사하며,
상기 소수성 코팅용액 분사단계(S20)는,
상기 프라이머 용액이 분사된 선박의 선체 또는 해양 시설물에 소수성 코팅용액을 0.1~200㎛ 범위의 두께로 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티 파울링 소수성 코팅용액을 이용한 코팅방법.
