도 2는 본 출원에서 광학 디바이스 내부에 양압이 발생되는 경우를 설명하기 위하여 예시적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 출원에서 광학 디바이스 내부에 음압이 발생되는 경우를 설명하기 위하여 예시적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 실시예 1의 광학 디바이스의 열처리 전 초기 상태를 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 촬영한 이미지이다.
도 5는 실시예 1의 광학 디바이스의 열처리를 반복한 후의 상태를 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 촬영한 이미지이다.

Claims (15)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기재층 및 제 2 기재층 각각이 상기 열 수축성 기재층인 광학 디바이스.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일 방향은 MD 방향인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축성 기재층은 길이 변화율의 절대 값이 0.001% 이상인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축성 기재층은 길이 변화율의 절대 값이 5% 이하인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축성 기재층은 550 nm 파장의 광에 대한 면내 위상차 값이 3000 nm 이상인 위상차 필름인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축성 기재층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 필름 또는 트리아세틸셀룰로스(TAC) 필름인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 90℃ 내지 100℃의 고온과 -30℃ 내지 -40℃의 저온 사이의 온도 변화 시 내부에 대기압보다 높은 양압을 가지는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기재층 및 제 2 기재층 상에 각각 형성되는 제 1 전극층 및 제 2 전극층을 더 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극층 및 제 2 전극층 상에 각각 형성되는 제 1 배향막 및 제 2 배향막을 더 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 전압 인가에 따라 투과율이 40% 이상인 투과 모드와 투과율이 40% 미만인 비투과 모드 사이를 스위칭하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 스멕틱(smectic) 액정 화합물, 네마틱(nematic) 액정 화합물 또는 콜레스테릭(cholesteric) 액정 화합물을 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 이방성 염료를 더 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 측면에 실란트를 더 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
