도 1은 복수의 부재를 포함하는 로봇 아암을 갖는 로보틱 시스템의 사시도이다.

Claims (14)
- 로보틱 시스템의 기계적, 기계전자공학적 및/또는 전자적 구성요소들을 수용하는 부재(10)를 구성하는 하우징 부품(12b)으로서,
상기 하우징 부품(12b)은, 적어도 추가 하우징 부품(12a)과 탈착가능한 방식으로 연결되고 이에 따라 상기 부재(10)의 하우징 부품들(12a, 12b)을 형성하기 위한 복수의 연결 요소들을 포함하고,
상기 하우징 부품(12b)은 다른 상기 하우징 부품(12a)에 대하여 상보적 형상 방식으로 구성되고, 상기 연결 요소들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 하우징 부품들(12a, 12b) 간에 토크 및 힘의 전달 연결이 가능하도록 구성되되,
상기 연결요소는 구동 유닛을 고정하기 위한 고정 요소(26)와 직접적으로 협동하도록 구성되고, 상기 구동 유닛에 의해, 상기 부재(10)가 자신에 인접하는 상기 로봇 아암의 부재(10) 또는 상기 로보틱 시스템의 추가 구성요소에 상대적으로 이동가능한 방식으로 연결되며,
상기 연결요소(28) 자체에 의해 상기 하우징 부품들(12a, 12b)에 토크와 힘을 전달하는 방식으로 상기 고정 요소(26)가 상기 하우징 부품들(12a, 12b)에 고정 및 장착되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징 부품(12b). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 부품(12b)은, 쉘형 구조로 이루어지며, 적어도 하나의 지지 요소(24)를 포함하고,
상기 지지 요소는, 상기 하우징 부품(12b)의 일 단부의 영역 및 내부에 배치되어 상기 고정 요소(26)와 폼 피트(form-fit)와 로드 캐리(load-carrying) 중 적어도 하나의 방식으로 협동하도록 구성된, 하우징 부품(12b). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 요소는 상기 하우징 부품(12b)과 일체로 형성된, 하우징 부품(12b). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다른 하우징 부품(12a)을 위한 연결면(14a, 14b)은 텅-그루브 요소(32)를 부분적으로 포함하는, 하우징 부품(12b). - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 지지 요소(24)는, 상기 고정 요소(26)가 반경 방향 및 축 방향 모두에 대해 특유하게 위치설정되는 방식으로 상기 고정 요소(26)와 협동하도록 이루어진, 하우징 부품(12b). - 제5항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 지지요소(24)는 상기 지지요소(24)들 사이에 오목부(25)가 형성되도록 원주 방향으로 배치된, 하우징 부품(12b). - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 지지 요소(24)는 상기 하우징 부품(12b)과 일체로 형성된, 하우징 부품(12b). - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 지지요소(24)는 사다리꼴 단면을 가지는 벽체로 이루어진, 하우징 부품(12b). - 기계적, 기계전자공학적, 전자적 구성요소 중 적어도 하나를 수용하기 위한 하우징을 포함하되,
상기 하우징은, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 상보적 형상인 적어도 두 개의 하우징 부품들(12a, 12b)로 이루어진, 로보틱 시스템의 로봇 아암의 부재(10) - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 부품들(12a,12b)은 구동 유닛의 고정을 위한 플랜지 링(26) 형태의 고정 요소를 둘러싸도록 구성된, 로보틱 시스템의 로봇 아암의 부재(10) - 제9항에 기재된 바에 따라, 조인트에 의해 서로 연결된 복수의 부재(10)로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 로봇 아암(arm)을 가지는 로보틱 시스템
