도 24 내지 도 26은 도 23에서 확인한 삽입부위 염기서열을 이용하여 야생형 들깨 유전체 해독정보와 비교 분석한 결과이며, 들깨의 3번 염색체상의 TO50 copia-like retrotransposon trverse transcriptase psedogene, partial sequence 부위 삽입되었음을 확인하였다.
도 27는 pClean A 운반체로 형질전환된 들깨(T1세대)에 대한 유전분석 결과이다(bar stirp 및 Bar PCR). 유전분석 결과 T1세대도 3:1의 분리 비를 보여 들깨 3번 염색체상의 one copy로 삽입되었다고 추정할 수 있다.
