Claims (11)
- - 측벽 및 단부 벽을 구비하고, 지지대에 배치되며, 상기 지지대에 회전가능하게 연결된 회전 컨테이너(container)를 포함하고;
- 상기 회전 컨테이너에는 적어도 제1 유입구와 적어도 제1 배출구가 구비되며;
- 상기 회전 컨테이너에는 적어도 하나의 개구부가 구비되고;
- 상기 회전 컨테이너 안쪽에 적어도 부분적으로 구비되며, 상기 제1 배출구를 통과하여 배치되는 공급 스크류와 스크류 압착기를 포함하고, 상기 스크류 압착기는 적어도 하나의 구멍을 구비하며; 상기 적어도 하나의 구멍은 상기 회전 컨테이너 안쪽의 상기 스크류 압착기의 일부분에 형성되며;
- 상기 회전 컨테이너 안쪽에 구비되는 적어도 하나의 리프트 패들(lift paddle)을 포함하고, 상기 리프트 패들의 제1 부분은 상기 회전 컨테이너의 상기 측벽의 내측 면을 따라 배치되고 상기 리프트 패들의 제2 부분이 상기 공급 스크류의 적어도 한 부분에 겹쳐지는 슬러리(slurry)에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기에 있어서,
- 독립적인 이송 스크류가 상기 공급 스크류와 스크류 압착기와 동축으로 배치되며, 상기 이송 스크류가 스크류 압착기 축에서 측정된 토크(torque)를 근거로 상기 스크류 압착기로부터 독립적으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전 컨테이너가 나선형 베인(spiral vane)을 추가로 구비하며, 상기 나선형 베인은 상기 회전 컨테이너의 상기 측벽의 상기 내측 면을 따라 구비되는 것을 특징으로하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전 컨테이너가 적어도 하나의 비동기식 진동 모터를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전 컨테이너가 적어도 하나의 동기식 진동 모터를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리기는 커버를 추가로 구비하며; 상기 커버가 상기 회전 컨테이너를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리기는 적어도 제1 여과액을 모으기 위한 여과액 탱크를 추가로 구비하며; 상기 여과액 탱크가 상기 회전 컨테이너에 유체 연통하게 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 여과액 탱크가 하이드로사이클론(hydrocyclone)에 유체 연통하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수위 전송 수단이 상기 회전 컨테이너에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 분리기.
- 분리기를 사용하여 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 방법으로서:
a) 제1 유입구를 통해 회전 컨테이너로 슬러리를 유입시키는 단계;
b) 적어도 하나의 리프트 패들로 회전 컨테이너의 내부 면을 따라 제1 농축물을 이송하고, 상기 회전 컨테이너를 회전 축을 둘레로 회전시킴으로써, 여과액이 컨테이너를 빠져나올 수 있게 하는 상기 회전 컨테이너에 구비된 상기 적어도 하나의 개구부를 이용하여, 상기 제1 농축물에서 제1 여과액을 분리하는 단계;
c) 상기 제1 여과액을 수집하는 단계;
d) 상기 제1 농축물을 적어도 하나의 리프트 패들을 이용하여 공급 스크류로 이송하는 단계;
e) 상기 제1 농축물을 상기 공급 스크류를 통해 스크류 압착기로 이송하는 단계;
f) 상기 스크류 압착기를 이용하여 제1 농축물을 압착함으로써 제2 농축물과 제2 여과액으로 분리하는, 제1 농축물 압착단계;
g) 상기 제1 여과액과 함께 상기 제2 여과액을 수집하는 단계;
h) 상기 스크류 압착기에서 상기 제2 농축물을 제거하는 단계로 구성된, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 분리기를 사용하여 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 여과액은 하이드로사이클론을 이용하여 제3 농축물과 제3 여과액으로 추가로 분리되며 그리고 선택적으로 상기 제3 여과액과 상기 제1 및 제2 여과액을 혼합하거나 또는 선택적으로 상기 제3 농축물을 상기 제1 농축물과 혼합하는, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
a) 상기 제1, 제2 및 선택적으로 상기 제3 농축물을 상기 회전 컨테이너로부터 제거하는 단계;
b) 상기 제1, 제2 및 선택적으로 상기 제3 여과액에 산 또는 염기를 첨가하여 세척액을 얻는 단계;
c) 상기 회전 컨테이너를 적어도 한번 상기 세척액으로 세척하는 단계를 이용하여 상기 회전 컨테이너를 세척하는 단계가 포함된, 슬러리에서 고형물을 분리하기 위한 방법.
