Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에서 배란동기화 기법을 활용한 구체적인 한우의 수태율 향상 방법의 순서를 상세하게 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 Resveratrol 주입에 따른 번식호르몬의 변화를 보여주는 그래프이다((a) 배란동기화 처리에 따른 progesteron 수치변화, (b) 배란동기화 처리에 따른 estradiol-17β 수치변화, (c) resveratrol 주입에 따른 progesteron 변화: 주입 후 2일째(9day), 7일째(14 day).
도 4는 난성숙(Oocyte maturation) 단계와 배발달(embryonic development) 단계에서 resveratol 주입에 따른 SIRT1 양의 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다((a) 비교예, 실시예1~3 에서 resveratol 주입 시기에 따른 SIRT1 의 변화를 나타내는 그래프, (b) resveratol 주입 시기에 따른 배수변화도(fold change)를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 비교예, 실시예 1~3 에서, resveratrol 주입에 따른 한우 암소 수태율을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 경산우에 GnRh 을 투여하는 단계;
GnRh 을 투여하고 7일 이후, PGF2α 를 투여하고, PGF2α 를 투여한 경산우의 자궁내에 평균 농도가 0.3 내지 1.5 μM 인 레스베라트롤(resveratrol)을 투여하는 단계; 및
PGF2α 및 레스베라트롤을 투여한 경산우에 GnRh 을 투여하고, 17 내지 19 시간 이후에 정액 또는 정자를 자궁내에 주입하여 인공수정을 수행하는 단계; 를 포함하는 한우의 수태율 향상 방법.
