Abstract
본 발명에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 안경테는 안경테의 표면에서 항균 성분이 쉽게 탈리되지 않고 고분자 수지와의 상용성이 우수하여 고르게 분산되므로써 안경테 전체에 걸쳐 고른 항균 효과를 발휘할 수 있으며, 고른 분산성으로 인해 안경테가 쉽게 변색되거나 열화되지 않고, 원적외선과 음이온 방출 효과도 있어 시력 보호, 안면부 혈액 순환 촉진, 눈의 피로 경감 및 대뇌의 생체리듬 활성화 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- (1) 수중에서 나노 금속 이온 및 무기 담체를 교반하여 나노 금속 이온이 담지된 무기 담체를 형성하는 제1단계;
(2) 상기 얻어진 무기 담체를 산성 수용액 중에 투입하여 분산시킨 상태에서 pH를 중성화한 후 규산칼슘 및 마이크로실리카를 추가로 투입하여 교반함으로써 상기 무기 담체 표면을 코팅시키고, 이어서 얻어진 분말을 침전시켜 침전물을 얻은 후 건조하여 항균제 분말을 얻는 제2단계; 및
(3) 상기 얻어진 항균제 분말을 안경테에 적용하여 항균 안경테를 제조하는 제3단계; 를 포함하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 (1)의 나노 금속 이온은 은, 구리, 아연, 주석, 납, 비스무스, 카드뮴, 크롬 및 탈륨 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 (1)의 무기 담체는 제올라이트, 인산칼슘, 인산지르코늄 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 (2)의 항균제 분말을 제조함에 있어서 상기 나노 금속 이온이 담지된 무기 담체를 염화알루미늄 수용액에 투입하여 분산시킨 상태에서 다시 수산화나트륨 수용액을 사용하여 pH를 중성 영역으로 맞추고, 이후에 규산칼슘과 마이크로실리카를 투입하여 교반함으로써 상기 무기담체의 표면에 규산 피막을 형성하여 상기 무기 담체 표면에 두께 0.1 ~ 20㎛의 두께를 갖는 코팅층을 형성함으로써 나노 금속 이온의 분리를 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (3)에서 안경테에 적용하는 것은
상기 얻어진 항균제 분말 10~20 중량%를 합성 수지 60~80 중량% 및 첨가제 1~30 중량%와 혼합하여 용융시키고 압출하여 펠렛 형태의 마스터배치를 형성하고, 상기 얻어진 마스터배치 1~20 중량%를 고분자 수지 70~95 중량% 및 첨가제 1~10 중량%와 혼합하여 사출원료를 얻고 사출기를 통해 안경테, 안경테 다리 및 코받침부 중 어느 하나 이상의 형태로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 마스터 배치를 형성하는 합성 수지 및 사출원료를 형성하는 고분자 수지는 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리아미드(PA), 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리카보네이트(PC) 및 아크릴 수지 중에서 선택된 열가소성 수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (3)에서 안경테에 적용하는 것은
상기 얻어진 항균제 분말을 유성도료에 혼합하여 코팅제 성분을 얻은 후 안경테 및 안경테 다리에 도포 및 건조하여 항균제를 코팅 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 유성도료는 유성페인트, 유성에나멜, 알키드수지도료, 아미노알키드수지도료, 아크릴수지도료, 페놀수지도료, 에폭시수지도료, 불포화폴리에스테르수지도료, 폴리우레탄수지 도료 중에서 선택된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 항균제 분말을 유성도료에 혼합하여 코팅제 성분을 얻음에 있어서 유기 항균제를 상기 유성도료에 추가로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 안경테의 제조 방법.
