Claims (7)
- 주기적으로 혈당을 측정하는 센서 모듈이 어플리케이터 내부에 삽입된 상태로 하나의 단위 제품으로 조립 제작되며, 상기 어플리케이터의 작동에 의해 상기 센서 모듈이 외부 토출되어 신체에 부착되는 연속 혈당 측정기용 센서 어플리케이터 조립체로서,
상기 센서 모듈은
상기 어플리케이터에 의해 외부 토출 이동하여 신체에 부착될 수 있도록 하단면에 접착 테이프가 부착되는 포드부;
일단부가 상기 포드부로부터 하향 돌출되도록 상기 포드부 내부에 배치되며 상기 포드부가 외부 토출 이동함에 따라 신체에 삽입되어 체액을 추출하는 센서부; 및
상기 포드부에 분리 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 포드부가 외부 토출 이동함에 따라 상기 센서부의 일단부가 신체에 삽입되도록 상기 센서부의 일단부를 감싸며 상기 센서부와 함께 신체에 삽입되는 바늘부를 포함하고,
상기 어플리케이터는
일측에 사용자에 의해 가압 조작되도록 가압 버튼이 장착되는 메인 케이스;
상기 메인 케이스의 내부 제 1 위치에 결합 고정되고, 상기 가압 버튼의 조작에 따라 상기 제 1 위치에서 결합 고정 해제되어 외부 토출 방향인 제 2 위치로 직선 이동하며, 일단에 상기 센서 모듈이 결합되어 상기 센서 모듈과 함께 상기 제 1 위치에서 상기 제 2 위치로 이동하는 플런저 바디;
상기 플런저 바디가 상기 제 1 위치에서 상기 제 2 위치로 직선 이동하도록 상기 플런저 바디에 탄성력을 가하는 플런저 탄성 스프링; 및
상기 플런저 바디가 상기 제 1 위치에서 상기 제 2 위치로 이동 완료함과 동시에 상기 바늘부를 상향 이동시켜 신체로부터 인출 제거하는 바늘 인출 수단을 포함하고,
상기 바늘 인출 수단은
상기 플런저 바디에 맞물림 결합되어 상기 플런저 바디와 함께 상기 제 1 위치에서 상기 제 2 위치로 직선 이동하며, 하단부는 상기 바늘부의 상단부와 결합되는 바늘 인출 바디; 및
상기 바늘 인출 바디가 상기 제 1 위치를 향해 상향 이동하는 방향으로 상기 바늘 인출 바디에 탄성력을 가하는 바늘 인출 탄성 스프링을 포함하고,
상기 바늘 인출 바디는 상기 제 2 위치로 이동 완료함과 동시에 상기 플런저 바디와 맞물림 해제되어 상기 바늘 인출 탄성 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상향 이동하며, 상기 바늘부는 상기 바늘 인출 바디와 함께 상향 이동하여 신체로부터 인출 제거되며,
상기 바늘 인출 바디의 하단부에는 상기 바늘부의 상단부와 결합되는 바늘 헤드 결합부가 형성되고,
상기 바늘 인출 바디에는 상기 바늘부가 상기 바늘 인출 바디에 대해 상부측으로 상대 이동하지 않도록 상기 바늘부의 상단을 하향 지지하는 바늘 지지부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혈당 측정기용 센서 어플리케이터 조립체.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 바늘 인출 바디에는 상기 플런저 바디에 맞물림되도록 탄성 편향되는 탄성 후크가 형성되고,
상기 이너 케이스에는 상기 바늘 인출 바디가 상기 제 2 위치로 이동 완료함에 따라 상기 탄성 후크가 상기 플런저 바디로부터 맞물림 해제되도록 상기 탄성 후크를 가압하는 바늘 인출 가압부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혈당 측정기용 센서 어플리케이터 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메인 케이스의 내측면 상단에는 상기 바늘 인출 바디의 상향 탄성 이동에 따른 충격을 완화할 수 있도록 완충 부재가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혈당 측정기용 센서 어플리케이터 조립체.
