Abstract
따라서 본 발명은 지혈포와 풍선카테터에 의해 내강의 출혈부위를 간편하고 신속하게 지혈한 후 제거할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.

이러한 지혈포(21)의 피착에 의하여 출혈부위의 내강이 내강 내부끼리 서로 붙게 되는 협착을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (4)
- 내강의 출혈부위를 지혈하는 지혈장치에 있어서,
가이드홀이 구비되어 상기 내강으로 삽입되는 가이드튜브,
상기 가이드튜브의 가이드홀에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되어 팽창물질을 공급 또는 배출하는 카테터 및 상기 카테터에서 공급되는 팽창물질로 팽창하여 지혈포를 출혈부위로 압박하는 풍선을 포함하는 풍선카테터,
상기 풍선카테터의 팽창에 의해 상기 내강의 출혈부위를 지혈하고, 상기 풍선카테터의 수축에 의해 상기 내강의 출혈부위에 피착되도록 연결된 지혈포,
상기 풍선카테터의 위치를 조절하도록 슬라이딩 가능하게 연결된 핸들부재를 포함하며,
상기 핸들부재는, 상기 가이드튜브의 입구에 연결되는 튜브핸들, 상기 튜브핸들에 슬라이딩 가능하게 연결되어 상기 풍선카테터의 위치를 조절하는 카테터핸들을 포함하는 지혈포를 이용한 내강 지혈장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지혈포는 관 형상으로 형성되어 풍선의 외경에 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 지혈포를 이용한 내강 지혈장치.
