Abstract
Description
도 1은 모터, 선형 운동 변환기, 및 에너지 저장 수단으로서 진공이 사용되는 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 정형외과적 충돌 도구의 사시도;
도 2는 진공이 생성된 피스톤의 예시적인 위치를 도시한 도면;
도 3은 해제된 스트라이커, 및 전진 방향으로 앤빌에 충돌하기 위하여 전진하여 움직이는 스트라이커를 도시한 도면;
도 4는 해제된 스트라이커, 및 앤빌이 후진 방향으로 충돌되도록 움직인 스트라이커를 도시한 도면;
도 5는 제1 위치를 향해 뒤로 움직이고 스트라이커를 재세팅하는 진공 피스톤을 도시한 도면;

Claims (19)
- 반대되는 방향으로 수술 도구를 작동시키기 위해 반복 가능하고 제어된 타격력으로 물체를 타격하기 위한 배터리 구동의 외과적 충돌 도구에 있어서,
상기 외과적 충돌 도구는,
구동 메커니즘;
상기 충돌 도구의 구동 메커니즘에 전원을 공급하는 일체형 전원;
상기 구동 메커니즘에 대해 응답하여 반복 가능한, 제어된 타격력을 산출하도록 에너지 저장 메커니즘에 구동 에너지의 저장 및 해제를 제어하기 위한 제어 회로;
상기 물체에 접속하기 위하여 수술 도구를 해제 가능하게 수용하도록 구성된 어댑터; 및
상기 어댑터에 반복 가능하고 제어된 타격력을 제공하기 위해서, 전달된 반복 가능하고 제어 가능한 타격력에 기초하여 적어도 두 개의 별개의 충돌 표면들로부터 선택된 하나의 충돌 표면에 충돌 가능한 스트라이커;
를 포함하고,
제1 충돌 표면에 대한 반복 가능하고 제어 가능한 타격력의 제공은 상기 어댑터를 제1 방향으로 향하게 하고, 제2 충돌 표면에 대한 반복 가능하고 제어 가능한 타격력의 제공은 상기 어댑터를 상기 제1 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 향하게 하는 외과적 충돌 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 두 개의 충돌 표면들은 상기 충돌 도구에 작용된 사용자 편향력에 기초되는 외과적 충돌 도구.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 물체의 방향으로 되는 사용자 편향력은 상기 스트라이커가 상기 제1 충돌 표면에 충돌하게 하는 외과적 충돌 도구.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 물체로부터 멀리 향하는 방향으로 되는 사용자 편향력은 상기 스트라이커가 제2 충돌 표면에 충돌하게 하는 외과적 충돌 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에너지 저장 메커니즘은 저장 사이클의 일부에 대해서 9 psia 미만으로 작동하는 챔버를 포함하는 외과적 충돌 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에너지 저장 메커니즘은 적어도 50 psia의 압력에서 작동되는 외과적 충돌 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서,

- 제11항에 있어서,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스트라이커는 상기 적어도 두 개의 충돌 표면을 구비하는 앤빌에 의해서 상기 어댑터에 작동 가능하게 연결되는 외과적 충돌 도구.
