Claims (13)
- 중량%로, Si: 2.0 내지 4.5%, C: 0.001 내지 0.1%, Mn: 0.001 내지 0.08%, Cu: 0.001 내지 0.1%, N: 0.0005 내지 0.015%, S:0.0005 내지 0.05%, Se: 0.0005 내지 0.05%, B: 0.0001 내지 0.01%, Mo: 0.01 내지 0.2%, Ti:0.0001 내지 0.01%, V:0.0001 내지 0.02%, 및 Nb:0.0001 내지 0.02%를 포함하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 식 1을 만족하는 슬라브를 가열하는 단계;
상기 슬라브를 열간압연하여 열연판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 열연판을 냉간압연하여 냉연판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 냉연판을 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계; 및
1차 재결정 소둔이 완료된 냉연판을 2차 재결정 소둔하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 슬라브를 가열하는 단계에서, 상기 슬라브를 1200 내지 1300℃로 가열하고,
상기 열연판을 제조하는 단계에서, 열연 종료 온도는 875℃ 이상이고,
상기 열연판을 제조하는 단계에서, 열연 종료 후, 7℃/초 이상의 냉각 속도로 냉각하고, 권취하고,
상기 권취온도는 630℃ 이하인 방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법.

0.001≤[Ti]+[V]+[Nb]≤0.04
(단, 식 1에서 [Ti], [V], [Nb]는 각각 슬라브 내의 Ti, V, Nb의 함량(중량%)를 나타낸다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬라브는 S 및 Se의 합량이 0.005 내지 0.05중량%인 방향성 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 삭제
