Claims (8)
- (a) 적어도 하나의 개시제, 적어도 하나의 환원제, 및 적어도 하나의 모노머를 함께 에멀젼 중합 조건 하에 접촉시켜, 기재 폴리머를 형성하고;
(b) 상기 기재 폴리머를 항미생물 복합체와 혼합하는 것을 포함하며,
여기서, 상기 적어도 하나의 개시제는 퍼옥사이드계 화합물이고, 상기 적어도 하나의 환원제는 아스코빅 화합물인, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재 폴리머 형성 중에 적어도 하나의 프로모터를 첨가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화제 화합물을 첨가하는 것을 추가로 포함하며, 여기서, 첨가되는 상기 산화제 화합물의 양은 상기 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 건조 중량을 기준으로 0.004 중량% 내지 10 중량%인, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼옥사이드계 화합물이 tert-부틸 과산화수소인, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아스코빅 화합물이 이소-아스코브산인, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 프로모터가 2가 철 이온(ferrous II ion)을 포함하는, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항미생물 복합체가 코폴리머와 착화된 금속이고, 여기서 상기 금속은 구리, 은, 금, 주석, 아연 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되는, 항미생물 폴리머 조성물의 형성 방법.
- (a) 색소를 수성 매질에 분산시키고,
(b) 상기 색소를, 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 형성된 항미생물 폴리머 조성물과 조합하는 것을 포함하는, 수성 코팅 조성물의 형성 방법.
