Claims (17)
- 검출되는 결함을 가지는 하이브리드 시스템을 서비스하는 방법으로서, 상기 하이브리드 시스템은 제어기 및 서비스 차단 인터로크(service disconnect interlock; SDI)를 갖는, 상기 서비스 방법에 있어서,
a) 상기 제어기에 전원을 넣는 단계;
b) 특정 결함 플래그 상태를 평가하는 단계;
c) 특정 결함 플래그가 설정된다면, 상기 SDI가 제거되었는지를 알기 위해 검사하는 단계;
d) 상기 SDI가 제거되었다면, 상기 특정 결함 플래그를 삭제하는 단계;
e) 상기 하이브리드 시스템을 불능화(disable)시키는 단계; 및
f) 다음 키-오프 입력을 가지고 상기 제어기를 정지시키는 단계를 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
특정 결함 플래그가 설정되지 않을 때, 상기 제어기가 다른 결함들을 모니터링하도록 허용하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
결함이 상기 제어기에 의해 검출된다면, 상기 하이브리드 시스템을 불능화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
결함이 검출되지 않는다면, 결함이 검출되거나 또는 키-오프 이벤트가 있을 때까지 상기 하이브리드 시스템을 가능화 상태(enabled status)에서 유지하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
결함이 검출된다면, 상기 제어기가 상기 결함이 상기 플래그의 설정을 요구하는 특정 결함인지를 평가하는 것을 허용하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 검출된 결함이 특정 결함이 아니면, 키-오프 상태를 검사하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 키-오프 상태를 주기적으로 검사하는 단계를 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 검출된 결함이 특정 결함이면, 불능화된 하이브리드 시스템을 가능화시키기 위해 삭제되어야 하는 상기 특정 결함에 대한 플래그를 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 키-오프 상태를 주기적으로 검사하는 단계를 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
결함이 상기 제어기에 의해 검출된다면, 상기 하이브리드 시스템을 불능화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
결함이 검출되지 않는다면, 결함이 검출되거나 또는 키-오프 이벤트가 있을 때까지 상기 하이브리드 시스템을 가능화 상태에서 유지하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
결함이 검출된다면, 상기 제어기가 상기 결함이 상기 플래그의 설정을 요구하는 특정 결함인지를 평가하는 것을 허용하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 서비스 방법. - 삭제
- 하이브리드 전기 자동차에서의 사용을 위한 에너지 저장 모듈에 있어서,
엔클로저;
상기 하이브리드 전기 자동차에 의해 발생된 에너지를 저장하기 위한 에너지 저장 수단으로서, 상기 에너지 저장 수단은 상기 엔클로저의 내부에 있는, 상기 에너지 저장 수단;
상기 엔클로저의 외부에 있는 전압 접합 박스; 및
상기 에너지 저장 수단 및 상기 전압 접합 박스 사이에 전기적으로 연결된 제거 가능한 서비스 차단 인터로크로서, 상기 서비스 차단 인터로크는 제거될 때, 상기 에너지 저장 수단 및 상기 전압 접합 박스 사이에서의 전류 경로를 끊도록 구성되고, 상기 서비스 차단 인터로크는 상기 하이브리드 전기 자동차의 일부분을 보호하기 위해 수리가 수행되도록 요구하는 결함을 검출하도록 구성되는 결함 검출 로직에 의해 제어되는, 상기 제거 가능한 서비스 차단 인터로크를 구비하는, 에너지 저장 모듈. - 삭제
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
결함이 검출될 때, 상기 결함 검출 로직은 상기 하이브리드 전기 자동차가 재-가능화될 수 있기 전에 키-온/키-오프 사이클이 수행되는 것을 요구하도록 구성 및 배열되는, 에너지 저장 모듈. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
