Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 건식의 유동성 응집 영양 배지의 제조 방법으로서,
분말화된 영양소를 포함하는 영양 성분과 응집용 액체(agglomeration liquid)를 관류형(flow-through-type) 응집 챔버를 포함하는 응집기로 도입하는 단계;
-상기 영양 성분은 미생물의 성장을 촉진시키고;
-상기 응집용 액체는 분무 스프레이(atomized spray)로서 도입됨;
상기 응집 챔버 내에서 미리 결정된 기간 동안 상기 응집용 액체로 상기 영양 성분을 습식 괴상화(wet-massing)하여 응집 영양 배지 입자를 형성하는 단계;
상기 응집 영양 배지 입자를 소정의 기간 동안 건조 조건에 노출시켜 건식의 응집 영양 배지를 형성하는 단계; 및
입자의 하위 그룹(subpopulation)을 선택하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 영양 성분을 응집 챔버로 도입하는 단계는 영양 성분을 50 kg/h 내지 1000 kg/h의 공급 속도로 도입하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 응집용 액체를 응집 챔버로 도입하는 단계는 응집용 액체를 15 kg/h 내지 300 ㎏/h의 분무 속도로 도입하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 응집기는 혼합 블레이드를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 혼합 블레이드는 500 rpm 내지 4000 rpm의 블레이드 회전 속도로 회전되고,
상기 응집 영양 배치를 건조 조건에 노출시키는 단계는 응집 영양 배지를 60℃ 내지 85℃의 미리 결정된 온도에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 공급 속도, 상기 분무 속도, 상기 블레이드 회전 속도, 및 상기 미리 결정된 온도는 105 μm 내지 2000 μm의 제1 입도 분포 범위의 입자를 가지는 건조된 응집 영양 배지를 생성하도록 선택되고,
상기 하위 그룹은 상기 제1 입도 분포 범위보다 좁은 149 μm 내지 1000 μm의 제2 입도 분포 범위를 갖는, 건식의 유동성 응집 영양 배지의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 생산된 건식의 유동성 응집 영양 배지를 포함하는 조성물로서,
특정 질량의 상기 건식의 응집 영양 배지는 상기 응집 영양 배지의 제조에 사용된 동일 질량의 영양 성분보다 더 신속하게 용해되는 조성물. - 제1 주 표면과 제2 주 표면을 갖는 자기 지지형 방수 기재;
상기 제1 주 표면의 적어도 일부분 위에 배치된 접착제 층;
상기 접착제 층의 적어도 일부분 위에 배치된 제2항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 코팅; 및
영양 배지와 유체 접촉하도록 위치된 건식의 냉수 가용성 겔화제를 포함하는 박막 배양 기구. - 삭제
