- 원형 또는 각형의 형상을 가진 소정의 크기를 가지고 원료주입구를 포함하는 반응실, 상기 반응실 내부에 위치하며, 1개 이상이고, 실린더 형상을 가지며, 유체흐름관을 포함하여 구성되는 반응챔버, 상기 반응챔버 내부로 삽입 가능하도록 돌출부를 가지는 캐비테이션 발생장치를 포함하여 구성되는 촉매제조장치 ;
상기 유체흐름관과 연결되어 유체를 흐르게 하는 펌프 ;
상기 유체흐름관 내부를 흐르는 입자상 물질을 여과하는 필터 ;
상기 필터에 여과된 촉매를 건조하는 건조장치를 포함하여 구성되는 촉매제조시스템
- 청구항 4의 촉매제조시스템을 운전하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 원료주입구를 통해 소정량의 환원성 용매, 액상의 질소원, 귀금속전구체, 전이금속 전구체, 탄소지지체를 포함하는 원료물질을 유입시키는 1 단계 ;
캐비테이션 발생장치를 가동시키는 2단계 ;
펌프를 가동시켜 유체흐름관의 유체를 흐르게 하는 3단계 ;
생성된 촉매를 필터를 통해 여과하는 4단계 ;
필터에 여과된 촉매를 건조하는 5단계를 포함하여 구성되는 촉매제조시스템의 운전방법
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 1단계와 2단계의 사이에, 용매의 고유진동수로 공명시키는 초음파 발생장치를 가동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매제조시스템의 운전방법
