Claims (11)
- 차량의 배터리모듈;
상기 배터리모듈에 인접하여 구비되고, 내측에는 순환공간이 형성되며, 상기 순환공간 내에서 열이 순환되어 상기 배터리모듈에서 발생되는 열이 흡수되도록 구비되는 바디; 및
상기 바디와 열교환 가능하도록 구비되어, 상기 배터리모듈을 냉각하는 냉각부;를 포함하고,
상기 냉각부에는 상기 바디의 일측이 관통삽입되어 상기 바디와 상기 냉각부는 면접촉되며,
상기 냉각부는 차량의 공조라인과 연결되어 냉각된 냉각수가 저장되는 냉각수탱크인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바디의 순환공간에는 유체가 충진되어 상기 순환공간 내에서 순환됨으로써, 상기 냉각부 및 배터리모듈과 열교환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바디의 일측은 폐쇄되고, 타측은 개방되되, 상기 바디의 타측에는 밀폐부가 구비되어 상기 바디의 개방면을 커버함으로써, 상기 바디가 밀폐되고, 상기 바디 내에 일정 수준의 압력이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 밀폐부에 의해 상기 바디의 내부는 진공에 가까운 상태의 압력이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 순환공간은 폭 대비하여 길이가 더 길게 형성되고, 상기 순환공간의 길이방향은 상기 배터리모듈의 길이방향과 동일한 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 순환공간은 복수의 구간으로 구획되고, 상기 순환공간과 순환공간의 사이에는 전달부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바디의 내측면에는 전달부재가 구비되어 상기 순환공간 내에 충진된 유체의 이동이 보조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각부는 상기 바디의 일측에 설치되고, 상기 바디와 상기 냉각부는 면접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각부에는 상기 바디가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되고, 상기 바디의 일측이 상기 삽입홈에 삽입됨으로써, 상기 냉각부와 바디가 면접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각장치. - 삭제
