Claims (19)
- 분자량 240-490 kDa의 히알루론산을 포함하는 생체적합성 고분자 또는 점착제를 포함하고, 밑면의 직경(w) 및 높이(h)가 이루는 종횡비율(w:h)이 1:4 내지 1:2.5 이며, 말단 팁(distal tip)의 각도(α)가 12° 내지 40°이고, 말단 팁의 직경(t)이 2-15 μm 이고, 각 마이크로니들 간 간격이 1/2h 내지 2h이며, 각 마이크로니들이 육각형 패턴으로 배열된 마이크로니들(microneedle)에 있어서, 다음 구조로 이루어진 마이크로니들:
마이크로니들의 팁 부분부터 밑면까지 원뿔, 상부 원뿔대, 및 하부 원뿔대의 순서로 단차 없이 연속적으로 연결된 3중 탑구조:
여기서 상기 원뿔 밑면의 직경(w1) 및 높이(h1)가 이루는 종횡 비율(w1:h1)은 1:5 내지 1:1.5이고, 상기 상부 원뿔대 밑면의 직경(w2) 및 높이(h2)가 이루는 종횡 비율(w2:h2)은 1:5 내지 1:1이며, 상기 하부 원뿔대의 밑면의 직경(w) 및 마이크로니들의 높이(h)가 이루는 종횡비율(w:h)은 1:5 내지 1:2이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생체적합성 고분자는 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(Carboxymethyl cellulose: CMC), 알지닉산(alginic acid), 펙틴, 카라기난, 콘드로이틴(설페이트), 덱스트란(설페이트), 키토산, 폴리라이신(polylysine), 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 카르복시메틸 키틴(carboxymethyl chitin), 피브린, 아가로스, 풀루란 폴리락타이드, 폴리글리코라이드(PGA), 폴리락타이드-글리코라이드 공중합체(PLGA), 풀루란 폴리안하이드라이드(polyanhydride), 폴리오르쏘에스테르(polyorthoester), 폴리에테르에스테르(polyetherester), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone), 폴리에스테르아마이드(polyesteramide), 폴리(뷰티릭 산), 폴리(발레릭 산), 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴레이트, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 중합체, 아크릴 치환 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 비-분해성 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리비닐 풀루오라이드, 폴리(비닐 이미다졸), 클로로설포네이트 폴리올레핀(chlorosulphonate polyolefins),폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리메타크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스(HPMC), 에틸셀룰로오스(EC), 하이드록시프로필셀룰로오스(HPC), 싸이클로덱스트린 및 이러한 고분자를 형성하는 단량체들의 공중합체 및 셀룰로오스로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 고분자를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착제는 실리콘, 폴리우레탄, 물리적 접착제, 폴리 아크릴, 에틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시 메틸 셀룰로오스, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 및 폴리 이소 부틸렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 물질을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들.

- 다음 단계를 포함하는 마이크로니들 제조방법:
(a) 분자량 240-490 kDa의 히알루론산을 포함하는 생체적합성 고분자 또는 점착제를 마이크로 몰드에 공급하는 단계;
(b) (i) 800-1000g 의 원심력을 가하거나, (ⅱ) 500 mmHg 이상 760 mmHg 미만의 음압 조건 하에서 상기 생체적합성 고분자 또는 점착제를 마이크로 몰드의 구멍에 주입하는 단계;
(c) 상기 생체적합성 고분자 또는 점착제를 건조시키는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 마이크로 몰드와 건조된 생체적합성 고분자 또는 점착제를 분리하여 마이크로니들을 형성시키는 단계:
여기에서 상기 마이크로니들은 밑면의 직경(w) 및 높이(h)가 이루는 종횡비율(w:h)이 1:4 내지 1:2.5 이며, 말단 팁(distal tip)의 각도(α)가 12° 내지 40°이고, 말단 팁의 직경(t)이 2-15 μm 이고, 각 마이크로니들 간 간격이 1/2h 내지 2h이며, 각 마이크로니들이 육각형 패턴으로 배열되도록 형성되는 것으로서 다음 (i), (ii), 또는 (iii)의 구조로 이루어진다:
(i) 마이크로니들의 팁 부분부터 밑면까지, 원뿔 및 원기둥의 순서로 단차없이 연속적으로 연결된 2중 탑구조:
여기서 상기 원뿔의 밑면의 직경(w1) 및 높이(h1)가 이루는 종횡 비율(w1:h1)은 1:5 내지 1:2이고, 상기 원기둥의 밑면의 직경(w) 및 높이(h2)가 이루는 종횡 비율(w:h2)은 1:5 내지 1:1이다;
(ii) 마이크로니들의 팁 부분부터 밑면까지, 원뿔 및 원뿔대의 순서로 단차없이 연속적으로 연결된 2중 탑구조:

(iii) 마이크로니들의 팁 부분부터 밑면까지 원뿔, 상부 원뿔대, 및 하부 원뿔대의 순서로 단차없이 연속적으로 연결된 3중 탑구조:
여기서 상기 원뿔 밑면의 직경(w1) 및 높이(h1)가 이루는 종횡 비율(w1:h1)은 1:5 내지 1:1.5이고, 상기 상부 원뿔대 밑면의 직경(w2) 및 높이(h2)가 이루는 종횡 비율(w2:h2)은 1:5 내지 1:1이며, 상기 하부 원뿔대의 밑면의 직경(w) 및 마이크로니들의 높이(h)가 이루는 종횡비율(w:h)은 1:5 내지 1:2이다.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (c)는 (ⅰ) 상온에서 36-60 시간 동안 실시하거나, (ⅱ) 40-60℃에서 5-16시간 동안 실시하거나, 또는 (ⅲ) 60-80℃에서 2-4 시간 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
