Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은 기재 상에 일측이 식각되어 제1투명전극층이 형성되는 투명전도성 기판과; 상기 제1투명전극층 상에 적층되는 제1변색물질을 포함하는 제1변색물질층과; 상기 제1변색물질층 상에 배치되는 전해질층과; 상기 전해질층 상에 배치되며 제2변색물질을 포함하는 제2변색물질층과; 상기 제2변색물질층 상에 일측이 배치되고 상기 투명전도성 기판 상에서 제1투명전극층이 식각된 영역에 타측이 형성되되 일측과 타측이 서로 연결되어 배치되는 제2투명전극층; 및 상기 제1투명전극층과 제2투명전극층 상에 각각 배치되어 외부로부터 전원이 공급되도록 하는 버스전극층;을 포함한다.

Claims (4)
- 기재(10) 상에 일측이 식각되어 분리된 2개소의 제1투명전극층(20, 21)이 형성되는 투명전도성 기판과;
어느 하나의 제1투명전극층(20) 상에 적층되는 제1변색물질을 포함하는 제1변색물질층(30)과;
상기 제1변색물질층(30) 상에 배치되는 전해질층(40)과;
상기 전해질층(40) 상에 배치되며 제2변색물질을 포함하는 제2변색물질층(50)과;
상기 제2변색물질층(50) 상에 일측이 배치되고 다른 하나의 제1투명전극층(21)상에 타측이 형성되되 일측과 타측이 서로 연결되어 배치되는 제2투명전극층(60); 및
상기 제1투명전극층(20)과 제2투명전극층(60) 상에 각각 배치되어 외부로부터 전원이 공급되도록 하는 버스전극층(70);을 포함하고,
상기 제1변색물질층(30)은 산화물질 또는 환원물질 중 어느 하나로 이루어지며, 상기 제2변색물질층(50)은 산화물질 또는 환원물질 중 제1변색물질층(30)과 다른 어느 하나로 이루어지며, 상기 제1변색물질층(30) 및 제2변색물질층(50)은 각각 제1투명전극층(20)과 전해질층(40) 상에 코팅 후 건조되고, 제1변색물질층(30)은 건조 후 고온소성이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 투명전도성 기판을 가지는 전기변색소자.
