Claims (13)
- 수축사; 및
심사가 융착되어 형성된 융착부, 및 상기 융착부를 둘러싸도록 유기섬유를 포함하는 섬도가 200 ~ 600De인 커버링사가 꼬임수 100 ~ 800 TPM(twist per meter)으로 연사되어 구비되는 커버링부를 구비하는 심초형 복합사;를 구비하는 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 심사는 융점이 140℃ 이하인 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 심사는 나일론섬유 및 PET섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 섬유인 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기섬유는 초고분자량폴리에틸렌(Ultra high molecular weight poly ethylene) 및 아라미드(Para-aramid) 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 심사는 섬도가 20 ~ 160 De인 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수축사는 섬도가 90 ~ 360 De인 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수축사는 10% 이상 수축된 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1직물층과 제2직물층을 포함하는 이중직구조이며,
상기 제1직물층은 심초형 복합사를 포함하고,
상기 제2직물층은 수축사를 포함하는 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단. - 삭제
- 수축사 및
심사가 융착되어 형성된 융착부, 및 상기 융착부를 둘러싸도록 유기섬유를 포함하는 섬도가 200 ~ 600De인 커버링사가 꼬임수 100 ~ 800 TPM(twist per meter)으로 연사되어 구비되는 커버링부를 구비하는 심초형 복합사를 구비하는,
심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 융착부는 열처리를 통해 심사를 융착시켜서 형성되며,
상기 열처리는 온도 160℃ ~ 220℃로 0.5 ~ 5분 동안 수행하는 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단의 제조방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 제1직물층과 제2직물층을 포함하는 이중직구조로 제직되며,
상기 제1직물층은 경사 및 위사로 심초형 복합사를 공급하여 제직되고,
상기 제2직물층은 경사 및 위사로 수축사를 공급하여 제직되는 심초형 복합사를 이용한 기능성 원단의 제조방법.
