Claims (71)
- 아캄프로세이트 칼슘 또는 아캄프로세이트의 다른 제약학적으로 허용되는 염을 포함하는 제약 조성물로서,
(a) 아캄프로세이트 칼슘 또는 아캄프로세이트의 다른 제약학적으로 허용되는 염의 용량은 1g 미만이고;
(b) 아캄프로세이트 칼슘 또는 아캄프로세이트의 다른 제약학적으로 허용되는 염은 카보머 동종중합체 타입 B를 포함하거나 그것으로 구성된 중합체 매트릭스 내에 분포되고, 여기서 중합체는 코팅을 제외한 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 5 wt% 내지 20 wt%의 양으로 존재하는,
제약 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 정제인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 정제는 스페로이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아캄프로세이트 칼슘 또는 아캄프로세이트의 다른 제약학적으로 허용되는 염의 용량은 800mg인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 정제는, 그것을 시험관내 용액에 넣었을 때, 시간의 제곱근에 따라 대략 선형인 속도로 아캄프로세이트 칼슘 또는 아캄프로세이트의 다른 제약학적으로 허용되는 염을 방출하고, 적어도 pH 1.0 내지 pH 4.5에 걸친 pH 범위에 걸쳐서 비슷하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 신경정신병적 장애는 양극성 장애, 강박 장애(OCD), 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD), 조현병, 지연성 운동장애, 및 투렛 증후군으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 신경정신병적 장애는 지연성 운동장애인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
