Claims (7)
- 폴리에스테르계 수지를 기재 수지로서 포함하고,
상기 기재 수지가 DSC 측정에 의해 결정 융해 온도에 대응되는 복수의 흡열 피크를 나타내고,
상기 흡열 피크가 저온측 영역과 고온측 영역의 각각의 영역에 적어도 1개 존재하고,
상기 저온측 영역의 최대 흡열 피크와 상기 고온측 영역의 최대 흡열 피크가 0.1∼1.5인 범위의 결정 융해 열량비(저온측 결정 융해 열량/고온측 결정 융해 열량)를 나타내고, 상기 저온측 영역의 최대 흡열 피크가 230℃ 이상 250℃ 미만인 범위에서 최대 피크값을 나타내며, 상기 고온측 영역의 최대 흡열 피크가 250℃보다 높고 260℃ 이하인 범위에서 최대 피크값을 나타내고,
1∼50㎛의 체적 평균 입자경을 갖고, 30∼50%의 결정화도를 갖고, 사상 입자를 포함하지 않는 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 수지가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 저온측 영역의 최대 흡열 피크가 5∼35J/g의 결정 융해 열량을 나타내고, 상기 고온측 영역의 최대 흡열 피크가 20∼50J/g의 결정 융해 열량을 나타내는 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자. - 제 1 항의 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
고유 점도가 0.5∼1.3dl/g, DSC 측정에 의한 결정화도가 30∼50%의 폴리에스테르계 원료 수지를 글리콜에테르계 용제와 접촉시키는 공정과, 접촉시킨 후에 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 접촉이 폴리에스테르계 원료 수지의 결정화 온도 이상의 온도하에서 행해지고,
상기 글리콜에테르계 용제가 3-메톡시-3-메틸-1-부탄올인 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항의 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자를 배합한 코팅 재료.
- 제 1 항의 폴리에스테르계 수지 입자를 배합한 화장료.
