Claims (6)
- 열분해성을 갖는 은 화합물과 아민을 혼합하여 전구체인 은-아민 착체를 제조하고, 물과 상기 전구체만으로 이루어지는 반응계를 형성하고, 상기 반응계를 가열함으로써 은 입자를 제조하는 방법이며,
열분해성을 갖는 은 화합물은, 옥살산은, 질산은, 아세트산은, 탄산은, 산화은, 아질산은, 벤조산은, 시안산은, 시트르산은, 락트산은 중 어느 1종이고,
상기 아민은, 모두 탄소수의 총합이 4∼10인 아민이고,
상기 가열 전, 반응계의 수분 함유량은, 상기 은 화합물 100중량부에 대해 30∼100중량부인, 은 입자의 제조 방법. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 중의 탄화수소기는, 쇄식 포화 탄화수소로 이루어지는, 은 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민은, 은 화합물 중의 은 이온에 대해 몰비로 1.6배 이상 첨가하는, 은 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응계의 가열 온도는, 은-아민 착체의 분해 온도 이상으로 하는, 은 입자의 제조 방법.
