Claims (6)
- 수용성 막 고분자 물질 3~7% 중량%, 물 75~85중량%, 분말 또는 액상 형태의 기능성 물질 8~21중량%를 혼합하여 이 혼합용액을 교반기에서 실온 교반하여 수용액화 시킨 단계;
상기 혼합용액 대비 점증제 카보머 0.1~1중량%를 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합용액 수용화액을 소재내에 효과적으로 함침하기 위해, 상기 점증제 카보머(Carbomer) 0.1~1 중량%를 혼합하는 단계 후 pH 정도를 측정하여 고 점도 최적의 베이스를 형성하기 위해 중성을 유지하도록 염기성 증점제 엘아르기닌이나 트로메타민(Tromethamine)을 카보머 대비 1~1.5배 중량비를 혼합하여 점도가 10,000~20,000cps 되도록 고점도 베이스 형성단계;
상기 고점도 베이스를 시트에 함침하는 시트 주입 단계; 및
상기 시트 주입 단계를 통해 자가 용융 성분인 수용성 피부 유효성분이 함침된 시트를 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가 용융 성분이 소재내에 함침되는 시트 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 막 고분자 물질은,
Pullulan, 아밀로덱스트린, 히알루론산(Hyaluronic Acid), 알긴산중에서 선택한 1종 내지 2종 이상의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가 용융 성분이 소재내에 함침되는 시트 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분말 또는 액상 형태의 물질은,
나이아신아마이드 분말(Niacinamide Powder), 마린 콜라겐(Marine Collagen Powder), 비타민 C 분말, 판테놀 또는 녹차 분말 중에서 피부 유효성분 1종 내지 2종 이상 혼합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가 용융 성분이 소재내에 함침되는 시트 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시트 주입단계는,
로터리 스크린 프린팅 또는 그래뷔어 프린팅 방식 중 적어도 어느 하나의 방식에 의하여 고형화한 수용성 피부 유효성분이 자가 용융되는 도트 형태로 시트에 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가 용융 성분이 소재내에 함침되는 시트 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시트는,
면 또는 천연 셀룰로오즈를 포함하는 부직포, 폴리에스터 스판을 포함한 원단 또는 니트 섬유지 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가 용융 성분이 소재내에 함침되는 시트 제조방법. - 상기 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 시트로서, 상기 시트는,
상기 소재 내에 자가 용융 성분인 고형화한 수용성 피부 유효성분을 함침시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가 용융 성분이 소재내에 함침되는 시트.
