Claims (15)
- 3,000 내지 30,000 nm의 면내 위상차값(Rin)을 가지며, 두께 방향의 위상차값(Rth)에 대한 면내 위상차값(Rin)의 비(Rin/Rth)가 0.2 내지 1.2인 폴리에스테르 필름; 및
상기 폴리에스테르 필름 상에 위치하며, 광중합성 화합물, 무기 입자, 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물 및 반응성 작용기가 1 이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산을 포함하는 광경화성 코팅 조성물의 가교 중합물인 저굴절층을 포함하는 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 혹은 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트의 일축 연신 필름 혹은 이축 연신 필름인 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 코팅 조성물은 광중합성 화합물로서 (메트)아크릴로일기 또는 비닐기를 포함하는 단량체 또는 올리고머를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 코팅 조성물은 상기 광중합성 화합물 100 중량부 대비 반응성 작용기가 1 이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산을 0.5 내지 30 중량부로 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리실세스퀴옥산에 치환된 반응성 작용기는 알코올, 아민, 카르복실산, 에폭사이드, 이미드, (메트)아크릴레이트, 니트릴, 노보넨, 올레핀, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 싸이올 및 비닐기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 작용기를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 작용기가 1 이상 치환된 폴리실세스퀴옥산은 1개 이상의 반응성 작용기로 치환되어 있고 케이지 구조를 갖는 다면체 올리고머 실세스퀴옥산을 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 화합물에 포함되는 광반응성 작용기는 (메트)아크릴로일기, 에폭시기, 비닐(vinyl)기 및 머캅토(mercapto)기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 작용기인, 반사 방지 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 코팅 조성물은 상기 광중합성 화합물 100 중량부 대비 상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물을 1 내지 75 중량부로 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자는 10 내지 100nm의 수평균 입경을 갖는 중공 실리카 입자를 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 코팅 조성물은 상기 광중합성 화합물 100 중량부 대비 상기 중공 실리카 입자를 10 내지 350 중량부로 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름과 저굴절층 사이에 하드 코팅층이 추가로 개재된 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅층은 눈부심 방지 기능, 흠집 방지 기능, 대전 방지 기능 혹은 이들 중 2 이상의 복합 기능을 구현하는, 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광반응성 작용기를 포함한 불소계 화합물은 2,000 내지 20,000g/mol의 중량평균분자량을 갖는, 반사 방지 필름.
