Abstract
Description
도 2는 CV2 압타머 서열에 대한 Kd 값을 형광측정을 통하여 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 DNA 압타머를 이용한 CHIKV E2 검출용 바이오센서에 대한 개략적인 모식도이다.
도 4a는 CHIKV E2의 농도를 다르게 했을 때, CV2 압타머를 이용한 CHIKV E2 검출 결과를 확인한 그래프이다.
도 4b는 Log로 환산한 CHIKV E2의 농도 값을 x축으로 하는 경우, CV2 압타머를 이용한 CHIKV E2 검출 결과가 정량적으로 나온다는 것을 확인한 그래프이다.
도 5는 CHIKV E2에 대한 결합특이성 실험에서 각 단백질과 반응에 따른 상대적인 전류 값의 변화를 나타낸 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

- 치쿤군야 바이러스 E2 (Chikungunya virus envelope protein 2; CHIKV E2)에 특이적으로 결합하는 DNA 압타머를 포함하는, 치쿤군야 진단용 조성물로서,
상기 DNA 압타머는 서열번호 4의 염기서열로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 치쿤군야 바이러스 E2는 치쿤군야 바이러스 항원(antigen)의 표면에 포함되는 도메인 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 치쿤군야 바이러스 E2 (Chikungunya virus envelope protein 2; CHIKV E2)에 특이적으로 결합하는 DNA 압타머를 포함하는, 치쿤군야 진단 키트로서,
상기 DNA 압타머는 서열번호 4의 염기서열로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 진단 키트.
- 치쿤군야 바이러스 표면 단백질 2(Chikungunya virus envelope protein 2; CHIKV E2) 특이적 DNA 압타머; 및 상기 DNA 압타머가 고정되어 있는 기판을 포함하는 치쿤군야 진단용 바이오센서로서,
상기 DNA 압타머는 서열번호 4의 염기서열로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치쿤군야 진단용 바이오센서.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 금속 전극층 및 금속 나노입자층을 포함하고, 상기 금속은 금(Au)인 것을 특징으로 하는 치쿤군야 진단용 바이오센서.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 DNA 압타머는 고정서열과 혼성화되어 이중가닥으로 기판에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치쿤군야 진단용 바이오센서.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 치쿤군야 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법.
(a) 제5항의 바이오센서에 피검체 시료를 주입하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a)단계의 피검체 시료를 처리한 바이오센서에 양자점(quantum dot)이 포함된 검출탐침을 주입하는 단계;
(c) 상기 (b)단계의 양자점이 포함된 검출탐침을 주입한 바이오센서에 산을 주입하는 단계;
(d) 상기 (c)단계의 양자점과 산이 반응한 용액을 얻는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 (d)단계의 용액의 전류(Ampere; A)를 측정하는 단계.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양자점은 황화 카드뮴(CdS)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 치쿤군야 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법.
