Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물로서:
(a) 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 39 내지 92 wt.-% 의, 폴리프로필렌 (PP);
(b) 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 5 내지 58 wt.-% 의, 탄소 섬유 (CF); 및
(c) 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 1 내지 10 wt.-% 의, 커플링제로서의 극성 개질된 폴리프로필렌 (PMP) 으로서, 극성 기로부터 유래된 기를 극성 개질된 폴리프로필렌 (PMP) 의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.5 내지 4.0 wt.-% 의 양으로 포함하는 극성 개질된 폴리프로필렌 (PMP),
탄소 섬유 (CF) 는 비-직조 패브릭의 형태인 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 (PP) 이 하기 중 하나 이상을 갖는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물:
(a) 100 g/10min 이하의 ISO 1133 에 따라 측정된 용융 유속 MFR2 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg);
(b) 160 내지 170 ℃ 범위의 용융 온도 Tm; 및
(c) 1 내지 10 의 중량 평균 분자량 (Mw) 대 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 의 비 [Mw / Mn]. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 (PP) 이 프로필렌 단독중합체 (H-PP1) 및/또는 프로필렌 공중합체 (C-PP1) 인 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-직조 패브릭이 비-직조 패브릭의 총 중량을 기준으로 적어도 50 wt.-% 의 탄소 섬유 (CF) 를 포함하는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄소 섬유 (CF) 가 사이징제를 포함하는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유, 금속 섬유, 미네랄 섬유, 세라믹 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 섬유 (F) 를 포함하지 않는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 극성 개질된 폴리프로필렌 (PMP) 이 산 무수물, 카복실산, 카복실산 유도체, 1차 및 2차 아민, 하이드록실 화합물, 옥사졸린 및 에폭사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 극성 기, 및 이온성 화합물로부터 유래된 기를 포함하는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 극성 개질된 폴리프로필렌 (PMP) 이 말레산 무수물로 그래프트된 프로필렌 중합체인 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 극성 개질된 폴리프로필렌 (PMP) 이 말레산 무수물로 그래프트된 프로필렌 공중합체인 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 20 wt.-% 이하의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 2.0 내지 15.0 wt.-% 의, 에틸렌 및 C4 내지 C8 α-올레핀으로부터 유래된 단위를 포함하는 엘라스토머성 공중합체 (ECP) 를 추가로 포함하는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기 중 하나 이상을 갖는 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물:
(a) 5 내지 75 g/10min 의 ISO 1133 에 따라 측정된 용융 유속 MFR2 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg);
(b) 1.200 g/㎤ 이하의 밀도;
(c) ≥ 5.5 kJ/㎡ 의 +23℃ 에서의 샤르피 노치 충격 강도; 및
(d) 적어도 100 MPa 의 ISO 527-2 에 따른 인장 강도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 강화 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 성형 물품 또는 발포 물품인 물품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 세탁기 또는 식기 세척기 또는 자동차 물품의 부품인 물품.
